Our hosts were eager to please. The room had everything we needed and more. Property has a place to sit and watch nature around the near by pond. Spotted kangaroos, wallabies, cockatoos, emu, kookaburra and more. Evening campfire, weather permitting.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped with heating, a small table, and sofa a fridge, a microwave and dining utensils. Guests can also use the outdoor BBQ facilities. Although it was a little bit windy, it didn’t affect cooking on the grilled at all. The best part was the large grassy area behind the property. In the evening, kangaroos sometimes hop over and relax near the outdoor seating area, grazing or lying on the grass, which made the stay extra special and memorable.

The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a shelf or basket in the bathroom to place toiletries, so items had to be put on the floor, which was a little bit inconvenient.

I really enjoyed my stay at this motel. The location is great and my room was comfortable. But the best part was the wonderful staff. The lady at the reception gave me some great recommendations. Between my original plans and her suggestions, I had an amazing time in Halls Gap.

It’s a nice and cosy stay in a perfect location within the Grampians National Park. The room is clean and comfortable, with a heater. All basic amenities are provided, including tableware and cutlery. There’s also an outdoor grill plate for BBQs. In the mornings and afternoons, kangaroos often forage on the grass nearby.

There is no shelf in the shower room, so toiletries can only be placed on the floor. In addition, there aren’t many stores for groceries in the national park. The nearest supermarket is about a 40-minute drive away.

Very clean comfortable rooms that are well appointed. The owners are simply superlative hosts in all respects. They take great pride in being helpful and showcasing their property. The beds are very comfortable, toiletries are generous and it’s very quiet - one can’t help but get a great sleep. Ample eateries nearby…though the Spirit of Punjab gets top marks from us. All is within a safe walking distance.

The motel was in a beautiful location with a lovely view. Everything was spotlessly clean & the attention to detail was so gratifying. The bedding was lovely & crisply pressed & the bed extremely comfortable!! The friendly hosts had prepared an easy to follow map of walks in the Grampians & of local eateries. They even lit a fire pit for their guests!We absolutely loved the whole experience !

N/A EVERYTHING WAS AMZING!

Conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from town and a 2 minute walk to a great Indian restaurant. Rooms are extremely clean, well laid out and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom products are next level, and I’m sorry but I took the lot. I also loved the seating outside my room which had lovely afternoon sun.The staff are also lovely and very happy for chat.
