This property was such a cool old building! And the owner kept us a parking spot just for us! We were very thankful. Breakfast was great!

The location is perfect to all main historical sites and it is near (5 min.) the tram and bus station (Timurtaspasa). Host's are kind and is willing to help even though he cannot speak any English. I stayed two nights. On my departure day I needed to leave early, and he prepared the breakfast according to my departure time. Facilities are old but it is clean.

Size of the room is not accurate. Breakfast is normal. I got mosquito bite if windows are open at night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The localisation is pefect - the hotel is basically in the historical area. We really liked the rustic, antique enterior, but we especially liked the owners friendliness and proactivity, as well as his helpful recommendations about spots in the city (hamams, restaurant and barber shops too :) ).

location! staff was so friendly!! it’s extremely clean and there are antiques in the lobby and 100 year old portraits of the owner’s family on the walls!

we had an issue getting our AC to work, but that could have been human error…

It's a wonderful hotel. The hotel was histrical and the staffs were kind. They were helpful and patient even when I had credit card trouble. If I visit Bursa again, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Safran Hotel was the perfect solution for us - we wanted to stay in the historic area in an older building, walking distance to most locations we wanted to see. It is a basic hotel that meets all your needs. We especially appreciate that they had good air conditioning and a parking spot for us across the street. The proprietor is super nice, bring your translator app if you don't speak Turkish.

Breakfast is not fancy but I'm sure they would have brought more if we asked.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, poised on a hill right above the UluCami and the Koza Han, near many interesting sights and restaurants. Located in a charming old 19th c. restored home.

I can’t speak about the breakfast because I stayed only one night and left before breakfast was served. THis was my third time staying here, and the hotel appears to be under new management. Furniture was a bit run-down.

Location, cleanliness, the staff. If you have difficulties with stairs call them and they will try to arrange a ground floor room for you. Old Bursa charm, full of history. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff

Cozy house in a great location. Very quiet at night. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely like to stay there again on my next trip to Bursa.

Everything was as I expected .

Our room was large and traditional in style, with a large comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location right near the clock tower park and within walking distance of the other main attractions of Bursa (mosque, bridge...). The parking space we had requested was waiting for us, right opposite the entrance. Good breakfast.

Excellent location for everything you could want to see - close to public transport but also walkable, and set back from the street so nice and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to make sure I got to where I needed to be. Very good breakfast and the comfiest bed I've slept in in a long time. Excellent value for money.

The best location in Bursa, a few minutes walk to all main attractions.The hotel occupies nicely renovated beautiful historical building. Spotless clean room and great view from the window.

Imagine a small, quaint hotel with a room facing the street. We slept with the windows open and every morning we were awakened by the aroma of fresh bread from the bakery next door.

This hotel is set in a historic Ottoman house, and so has great charm. The bed was also extremely comfortable, and I liked the floor heating. Location was also stellar as the things worth seeing in Bursa are spread out on a east-west axis and this hotel is right in the middle of it.

Brighter lights are needed in the room, and the breakfast can definitely improve. Turkish breakfasts are known to have a wide variety of items so this hotel is on the lower end of the spectrum regarding this aspect.

Perfectly central location, comfortable room, very kind and helpful staff. We enjoyed a huge comfortable bed and a room with view on the city wall.
