Bursa Palas Hotel

I got upgrade. Thanks to the front office staffRooms were spacious, clean Breakfast was excellent with lots of stuff Location was excellent very much near to bursa bazar, historic places etc

Nice room with a great view of the city. Walking distance from the Green Tomb/Green Mosque and Grand Mosque. Tasty breakfast.

Pay careful attention if arriving by car. The hotel is down a blink-and-you'll-miss-it side street and driving in Bursa can be challenging.

Big room.Located in the city but not noisy. A short walk to the places of interest. Many restaurants and shops nearby

A few lots of parallel parking in front of the hotel's small alley. Good thing is the staff helped to park our car.

We had adjoining room . The room was comfortably big . Breakfast also good

No proper place to load and unload luggage .

Great selection of breakfast. We got the nice view which facing the grand bazaar. It really central since the grand bazaar is literally in front of the hotel (3 minutes walking). Also theres a bus stop within 5 minutes walking. The nearest metro station is around 9 minutes walking (to the Mudanya Jetty). The staff is really helpful with direction, food recommendations and even help us with the luggage. There is a lot of fellow Malaysians staying here.

The room is quite small and its a bit hard for us to pray. The wifi connection is also bad in our room, i can only connect when i was in the lobby. Toilet is quite dirty but there is no faul smell so its still okay.

Wonderful location (next to the main historical places and public transport 2 minutes away). We spent a very nice week with friendly and warm people (special mention to Yussef with his natural smile and also to all the staff).I will keep good memories. Thanks again !!!Inshallah i will come again and speak in turkish a little bit more...?

Nothing to declare.

There is an underground parking, but with a long car is dificult to take the turns. Need to do 5-6 maneuvers.

The elevator is not working.There was a cockroach in the room.It was not very clean.

The hotel is decent for that part of the city and has a big underground parking, which is needed if you travel by car

Of course, there is no Internet in the rooms, but this is normal for Turkey even in 2024.

A very nice hotel right next to the old part of the city and all the main tourist attractions. For sure its location is the biggest plus of this hotel. The hotel itself is nice, clean, good priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking included, but it is in the underground garage, so the car gets parked by its staff only, as the access ramps are very tight. Free breakfast. Nothing fancy, but OK. Good place to stay for one night.

Location very near to the main attraction by walk.. have car parking and the staff very helpful in parking in narrow place.

Excellent location, excellent staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast!

A sound issue between the bedrooms - we could hear next door’s television. However this was not a major problem

The location is superb and right smack in the center of town

Room needs to be updated especially the bathroom. In my case, I was using the shower and it slipped from its holder, causing the whole room to short-circuit. But the hotel rectified it quickly.

The hotel quite old and food for breakfast not many variety. Toilet smelly and not well mantained

Improve equipment in the room such as Television and coffee maker

The location is nearby to bursa mosque and bursa bazaar. Breakfast have variety of food. It's also nearby mini mart & local restaurant (delicious food ; you can ask the counter for recommendation).

The wifi is a bit weak at my room. Had to use my laptop infront of my door to get a better wifi connection.

Unexpectedly very good. The hotel is centrally located to most attractions. The hotel deco is charming and the breakfast spread is decent. Special mention to the front desk staff, Asli and Mahmud, for their ever ready assistance. A definite recommendation! :))

It is centrally located, with private underground parking which is huge plus. Nice room and polite and helpful staff.

Everything nearby location is great especially for shopping. Restaurants food places local big massive markets cross road ur at the market. Shop til u drop. everything on door step and Osman gazi grave nearby. People wid knee issues not gud for them steep hill goin up and down to the property

I had breakfast booked for 2 days but only ate first day I actually walked out bcoz first of all the dishes was very dirty they were not clean wen i spoke to someone they said they are just stained. I actually handed the guy over 20 plates dirty marks on them and bits The plates were actually had small bits on them not cleaned they shud chek before putting in the breakfast area for people to use. They need to update breakfast not much variety at all just basic breakfast and no Air conditioner on in breakfast room. The room was very hot boiling also I had cereal the milk was tasting very bad the guy in food area gave me new carton of milk but by that time I was upset bcoz the bad milk taste put me off my entire breakfast I just had to walk out stayed hungry most of the day. Next day I walked past the breakfast room ate from outside The people working at morning reception don’t smile don’t bother wid u no welcoming. Hotel needs updating not worth the price.the only thing good is the location At reception they can’t speak simple English I had to use google translator. I went to the water machine to get cold water bot instead burnt my fingers wid hot boiling water no signs no instructions no colour to inform which is hot or cold water. Wen I arrived at hotel the reception guy took my luggage to my bedroom that was very nice helping he also gave us free water bottles but wen he leaving the room I asked him for more pillows he opened the cupboard in the room he took out pillows but the pillow had blood stain all over it erww it was horrible even he felt very bad shameful he kept on saying I’m sorry I’m sorry he felt very bad. My biggest regret is for not taking pictures about the pillow and plates in breakfast time

I feel like home, nice and cooperative staff, good breakfast, free parking, and close to the old town
