Hampton By Hilton Bursa

- Definitely a hilton quality room, was very clean but a bit small for a family with a baby, otherwise perfectly fine.- Cleaning staff and the head of staff were very very friendly and helpful.- Breakfast was perfect but it was held in Hilton convention center which was right beside Hampton, so I cannot rate Hampton’s breakfast.

- The receptionist when we checked in was rude, didn’t even eye contact with us although we spoke the local language.- No help was provided with our luggage despite them seeing us being a family with a baby and it was just a mess with all the luggage !!- Check out receptionist asked us to check out at 11 although my normal right was at 12 and as a genius member I had the right to check out at 2 as a late check out!!

Clean and nice breakfast.

They are charging x4 price for the toilet seat which is weak and poor quality also they don’t return the money back to my account…I dont suggest you to pass nearby this hotel.I think they like to scam people…

Location of the property and the staff.

Our apartment was full of cigarette smoke and my family are non smokers. We are big family with newborn baby and two kids. We booked two apartments. I asked to change our apartment, they changed only one of them to small roof attic apartment with no price reduction! All of us, because of the smoke, we had a strong headache and it is not good for our health.

Great breakfast with wonderful interior and friendly staff

Size of rooms were bit small

The breakfast was really good. Had many options and the staff made the turkish gozleme when it was requested. Very good service.

Location could have been closer to the centre but it was close to a lot of amenities.

The room cleanliness and comfortable

The air-conditioning was not good

Staff at the were friendly and polite even the employee who help me with the luggage other than that nothing special.

My room was not cleaned by the time I returned to the hotel around 4:30 that I had to asked for it to be cleaned next day.No tooth brushA/C control did not work even though I followed the operating instructions so the room was very cold all the time.I requested a corner room expecting it to be big as shown in the site but it was small and not easy to move in it. I was in this hotel back in May 2023 and I believe it was a lot better.

It was our second accomodation in that place. Hotel mostly fit for business trip purposes, but even if u are traveling with family its a nice hotel with good location.

Location, view, service, design

The staffs are very helpful and kind. All facilities of the hotel are very good, the cleanness ,services, the atmosphere of the hotel is great It will be my next trip soon Thank you for the staff

The location for me is good. It’s away from the center about 20 minutes but it’s OK by me because I have car.

In the check out we take our bags from the 5th floor until lobby they didn’t sent us some one to help us

During our visit we stayed in Hampton by Hilton Bursa for 2 nights.The location of the Hotel is great, the room was clean and very comfortable.We used restaurant for breakfast, it is highly recommendable because there is a lot of choicem it's super fresh and delicious.The staff were friendly and special thanks to Mr. Onur and to Miss Tugce Ferik to make us feel at home and to let us know the details to make the booking beneficiale!It was very pleasant stay and we look forward to staying there again in the near future.Best regards,Selçuk Uyar & Gul Uyar

most staff very helpful and friendly - especially breakfast eg Hasan served very well and chef Aysha noor was excellent Rooms were comfortable

Poor service from lady in reception at check in. were promised use of swimming pool in next door Hilton as confirmed by email but this was not honoured. no toilet locklocation not ideal as on busy dual carriageway so needs u turn to go out of town
