Kutlucan Oldtown Hotel

We stayed there for a second time and the hotel is clean, modern and the staff was amazing. It is very close to the shops and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was the hostess - Irem. She is cheerful and always ready to help. Not only did she arrange every little request with a smile but also helped with our discovery of Bursa. This made our stay even better than expected!

Perfect location. Free parking house in the center of the old town.

A bit shabby, they could do some repairs.

Great place! We were very happy with our stay. The location is great, the stuff are absolutely amazing!! The bed and the room as a whole is extremely comfortable, spacious and light. We had everything we needed. The breakfast is fine, enough variety and choices.

Location is excellent with all the places to visit at walking distance like ulu chami, kuzu han, tomb of Osman ghazi. Very comfortable rooms with nice view. Special mention of the staff which are extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Tuncer SANDIKÇI who really made our stay so lovely. Breakfast was very nice and filled us up.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast spread was great, the staffs were all friendly and very helpful, the rooms were in great condition. The view from one of the rooms was exceptional as it overlooked the city. The hotel is walking distance from all the landmarks in Bursa (as me and my family had planned) and everything worked out beautifully. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would surely stay here again.

the hotel requires renovation and better cleaning - the walls, floors , bathrooms are in spots and mould, the bedlinen untidy

The hotel is located in the very center of the old town and 30 minutes from the new center, the sea or Cumalikizik Village. Nice breakfast, clean bed linen and towels, toiletries, free parking.

The only note, there's the sooty mould on the silicone in the shower

Very friendly reception and nice location, they have a famous iskender kebab shop on the main road, make sure to try it

The location is right in the center of old town. The gentleman at reception was so wonderful and welcoming- i thought he was the owner but he said he wasn’t. Rooms are clean and simple. Shower was very nice.

There is noise from the street but it’s expected considering its location.

You have to pay to access the hamam, and it's too expensive. It should be included in the price you pay for the room.

The beds were old and not comfortable at all. The manager gave us the option of taking another room but all rooms had the same problem.

Amazing location!

Nothing really much, we chose the room because the bed size is 180x200 it says king size but it was not the size was double not even a queen size.

The lift was interrupted but luckily they have additional lift to be used.

You can't fault this property. The room was wonderful, recently renovated in fresh cream and cool grey decor with pale timber trim, a large window overloooking the district with afternoon sun streaming in and a great view of the sunsets. The property is offset from the main road so is whisper quiet but everything is a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent, staff are helpful and very professional.

The location, easy parking (free parking at a parking building in the front of the hotel), very clean room, and so friendly staffs.

You can sense a little bit of toilet smell (probably, you can’t avoid this if the building itself is old) even the bathroom is very clean though, For me, it was no problem when closing the door.
