Location and cleanliness

Staff were so arrogant. My guide came to reception and asked them if they would call my room and let me know that she was waiting, they told her they don¿t call rooms. I never heard something like this in my life . This should be the service they give

The location, free vallet parking, elevators and friendly staff.

The bed is too soft and not comfortable for me and the room is not so clean. Need to improve the cleanliness.

It was close to çarşısı, and very comfortable.

The washlet system was worse than one in Japan.

Old, charmless hotel, that smells of cigarette and caters for large groups. We liked the very convenient location close to the center and the hans, it was very pleasant to walk around there and we found it to be better than the Istanbul Grand Bazar, and not so touristy. The highlight of this hotel if you come by car, is the valet service. You can leave the car in front of the hotel and a very efficient valet immediately walks out, takes charge of your luggage and drives your car to (presumably) the hotel's parking. We asked for it again when we checked out and it was brought out immediately. This valet service was impeccable and made the hotel worth it.

It was my second stay at this hotel in my second visit of Bursa.

‏Very bad behavior from reception staff, i regret came to this hotel even though i left the hotel despite having one more day to stay! I went back to Istanbul, unfortunately never come back and never recommend to come to this place!! Many issues i had but the bad behavior was the worst! I Paid for 2 separate rooms (apartments) but when i came they want more money as we are 4 people!! OF COURSE we are 4 that’s why i reserved the 2 separate rooms to get each 2 one room!! But they took 100 EUR extra and i did pay that as it was late night we were so tired from traveling and i already paid the 2 rooms online before!

Very comfortable. The air conditioning mostly worked (which is better than most other places we stayed). Great location and view.

Staff was really nice.. infact Mr. Abdulla upgraded our room and the room was amazing and it was mountain facing … everything was amazing

Only the location is good

Not clean, bad, small, slow elevators. Breakfast is below normal. No tissues. Water extra charge, but its free when room serves comes. Butler asked for extra money(bagshish) many times while he is doing his job.

Excellent location. In the heart of city center and many shopping center and restaurants are around the hotel. The staff are very friendly and help us to find the ferryboat station. Bus and metro station are very near to hotel and you can go any where with public transport. There is no exchange office near the hotel and in city center and you can just use ATM.The bed is very comfortable and the facilities are good. Breakfast is very good and you can find many delicious food , frouit, coffee and tea.

The safebox is not working. The key card is out of service everyday and you need to go to reception to solve it.

I must say this is very central hotel for Bursa if you want to explore city as all facilities are on the doorstep. All staff we interacted were helpful and professional. Sardar on reception was ahead of the game with welcoming guests. We stayed for 2 nights and breakfast was way better as we expected as they had lots of hot food alongwith plenty of options to have a great breakfast.

Central location and staff very helpful plus clean rooms.

They gave us corner room which had wonderful views of city and uludag mountains. It was spacious and comfortable.

The facility is a little dated.

The staff wich are working at the reception are very good and helpful especially Abdullah and the staff at the restaurant also good.

The toilet needs so much mentenance and more toilet paper

Great location, amazing service. Every member of the staff (from the reception to the cleaning crew) was very professional and helpful. I loved how they paid attention to every little detail.
