Great value for money. Included breakfast with a great variety to pick from.

Nice big room and spa was nice

A toaster but no plates to put food on nor knives to spread.Could use a small coffee table near couch so somewhere to place food and drink

Quiet, well-located, clean & comfy and everything works.

Last minute booking and very happy with the large room size, comfort and location to shops.

Conveniently located in town. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Easy to access, on the main street, large rooms and comfortable beds. Overall, a really pleasant stay.

Slightly outdated - carpet could do with a refresh, and the only power point near the bed or lounge was behind the bed

Location was great. Room was clean and having a spa in the room was an added bonus

Was pretty much help your self , no service and not around at all during stay . Screen door broken so banged half the night with wind .

This motel is in a quiet part of town with rooms set well back from the road. The rooms were spacious, good natural light and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

There was plenty of space for my family of four. The beds were comfy with nice fresh linen, and the room was very clean. Everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Convenient location wise to where our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren were staying.

Sorry to see other guests chose not to park outside their own rooms and parked outside our room instead (we had the end room). Felt bad about possibly blocking them in when we parked outside our room for the convenience of loading our luggage into our car. Turns out we left before they required access to their vehicles but I did find it interesting on their choice of preferred parking spot. Might be a good idea to ask guests to park outside their own rooms. ?‍♀️

It was in a perfect position, it was in the main street. And the motel had everything you needed.

Avoca is only a small town and this was the only place to stay, but it was quite a lovely place to stay any case. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and they upgraded me to a king spa room, which is a bit bigger and has a spa. (Yeah big surprise I know) it's located at the end of the main street and easy to walk to everywhere, was quiet and for the cost - no complaints at all. Its an older property, what you expect for a small country town, but enjoyed the stay and the room and would stay again without hesitation

Nice garden - but a little bit more care with the overall upkeep of the garden would be nice. Dead pot plants at the front door and the entry seemed cluttered. but these are minor in the scheme of things. (And it was Summer!)

The air conditioning worked very well arrived after a hot day of travelling and it was a relief , room was spacious n clean

Room was large. Microwave was a bonus.In a lovely town with lit-up silo art at night.

Would be good to have a few plates, cutlery & washing up towel given the presence of the microwave.
