Friendly welcome at reception, and our needs met very efficiently.

No complaints. Some other patrons could not read the room numbers for parking, or didn't care, but that's no reflection on the management. A common failing!

Old school motel vibe with lots of modern updates. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, incredible shower. Well equipped kitchenette. Great breakfast options. Movies on the tv. Local newspaper. Easy check in and key drop off. Everything is thought of…even a specific face washer for make up removal! We’ll be back.

Being located on the highway, you can hear trucks at night but it didn’t bother us. We still had a great night’s sleep.

A little dirty in the bathroom( hard to reach places, and that’s myself being picky as I’m a neat freak )but other facilities were wonderful.

The room was big and had a toaster, microwave, iron , electric blankets, comfy clean beds with decent pillows. We liked the buffet breakfast too. The staff were lovely and their kids were sweet.

Older style motel with excellent facilities. Had everything that we needed - even a bottle opener! Extremely comfortable beds. Slept so well !! Aircon worked well and wasn’t noisy.

Pool was clean and warm. Room clean. Check in and out easy process. Staff friendly with good recommendation for dinner.

Loud Traffic noise all night. Hwy trucks. Not the fault of the hotel though.

Room was very clean, but I could hear the constant noise of traffic on the road and unfortunately the constant chatting of someone in the room next door. I didn’t find the bed comfortable and you sank in the lounge. The host was extremely nice.

The breakfast on offer was well received. Bathroom toilet area was clean. The TV was of a great size and reception perfect.

The main room was disappointing as the couch was not comfortable and badly stained which was very off putting. the carpet near the kitchenette bathroom appeared to have suffered some water damage in the past and the varnish finish on the wardrobe storage cupboards had crystallized which made it appear mouldy and dirty.The bedside lights were strange and their yellow glow did not allow for a light to read by while sitting in bed.

The breakfast facilities were good. Overall not bad but a little tired and the bed could do with an upgrade.

I thought it was expensive for what was in offer.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, the room was outdated and the road noise was relentless.

For its age, the motel has kept well. Staff were extremely friendly. It had everything you'd be looking for. Bed was comfy and unlike other motels, the TV / remote worked! I slept like a log.

Some of the cupboards and grouting showed their age. I appreciate it's difficult to keep them looking new though. Honestly, this place met my expectations and I'd go back. It was pretty much isolated from places to eat etc but so were the other motels. However I could see that when I booked it - and in the end, it didn't matter to my situation.

Low cost night in Stawell as we passed through. Staff very friendly . It was a bit tired but clean and adequate

It's a bit noisy on the main road as trucks go by.

Arriving at Hiway 8 after a hot day on the motorbike, the owner went straight out and got me a towel for the pool. The pool was in perfect condition. The room was spot on. Heaps to watch on the smart tv. Top place to stay!!

Has everything you need. The boys were happy that there was foxtel and loved the swimming pool! The staff were so lovely.

Conveniently located along the main highway- perhaps a little noisy because of it.Nicely appointed updated rooms. Clean and tidy.

The pool and bbq facilities were fantastic as well as the complimentary breakfast!
