Easy access to the room, loved the self-check in and out. Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted. Clean and comfortable, very cosy space for us.

Attention to detail not good .. 3 times I didn’t get the correct bkfast order .. they fixed it each time but I had to go to front office to rectify this each time

Rooms quite small & very dark.
I asked for a microwave and they supplied it with no issues. The room was reasonably sound proof from other patrons and street noise was a minimum. The room was cleaned each day.
The room was tiny and the curtain/blind did not block out the light from outside. The lighting was poorly arranged, to see anything the main lights has to be on as the bedside lamps were very restricted in light throw. Half of the room was in darkness when only the bedside lamps were lit. The fridge freezer section did not freeze the icepacks I had with me even with the cooldness on max.

Within close proximity and walking distance to Art Gallery, eateries and shopping. Enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast in the dining room.

Nothing positive really to say.Definitely a lot smaller than the photos showed and very overpriced compared to many places we have stayed for less money and better rooms.It was clean but not worth $259 a night for 2 nights totalling $518 .Even if it was a long weekend. Also the shower terrible to set at a nice temperature , pressure not great either.

The breakfast app didn't work. Location was great. Very clean but room 17 needs maintenance and overall TLC

The location is fantastic, right near the art gallery, cafes and cute shops.
It is old style and ok for short trips. If other guests are noisy, you will hear them.
