Pros +
- The artwork, location, bed comfy and clean
- Excellent staff - bottle of wine was given to us on arrival as it was our anniversary.
- Location is good
Cons -
- Size of the room
- The clock in the room kept beeping all night, everything else was excellent.
- Rooms were so small - crazy so. Prison cell reminiscent. Add to this the disingenuous reference to room with balcony. Not a lie.. there was a balcony but when you're placed on ground floor it's meaningless. For the price paid I expected better given paid same amount 2 weeks earlier for a room in Melbourne southbank area with views and a comfortable sized room. Never staying here again.

handy location
could only get abc and sbs on the tele - olympics were on but couldnt access 9
Location
TV, someone else’s name on it. Channel 7 and 9 didn’t work (Aus open was on but couldn’t be watched)
Balcony, relaxed atmosphere checking in and bar/dining area
Downstairs air conditioning was very cold and the music was too loud. These two factors deterred me from relaxing downstairs during the extreme heat - just stayed in cooped up in my room
Everything. Clean, comfortable and great location. Awsome artwork and funky foyer.
Could hear other guests walking around above us.
Modern and comfortable. Staff helpful Rooms clean Good location
Location
The room was too small for the price. The reception area was smoky with poor ventilation, and strong cooking smells made the space uncomfortable and left our clothes smelling of food.
Location and clean easy to check in and friendly staff
The size of the rooms very little and the bathroom also very small
Location, staff were brilliant, accomodation very clean
Carpeting, not enough
Location, cleanliness, staff, artworks throughout the Hotel
The menu and food was average.
Great location, free parking and free movies on the tv for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the addition of having the microwave and dining cutlery in the room. Made ordering / eating with kids easy. The balcony is great - nice to let fresh air in and hang and dry clothes.
The “gym” didn’t have a treadmill or much space at all after the two elliptical machines were in there. The laundry smelled bad and didn’t look clean - great that it’s on offer but I didn’t want to wash my clothes in there. The man that runs the cafe was hard to deal with and spoke down to people.
New and clean. Lovely staff, cafe restaurant bar was also great.
The room was pretty small. Also maybe some sort of trolley to help get the bags from the cars to the rooms, as it quite far with heavy bags and multiple trips.
Room was small but clean and we could get fresh air as it was hot in the hotel.
Very hot in foyer and where breakfast was eaten.
Location to hospital, cafe , beds & shower great .
Great location, lovely staff, great price.
Bed is not firm. Same last time I stayed in diff room. Curious to know how old the matresses are... Recommend investing in new if can afford... Free to air tv service was not working for any channels. Not a huge deal for me personally as I used my Netflix, but just an fyi incase it is an ongoing thing or just an issue in room 333.. Not sure if fires in area that week (9-11th Jan) impacted svc... possibly...A maint note for owner - water was leaking outside shower recess towards toilet across tiles too after each shower (room 333). Also recall diff room last time had similar issue. Recommend you get these checked to prevent water dmg over time not that it affected me personally - more for you as owner :)
We love everything about this place always come and stay a couple of times each year. Restaurant food is wonderful also !
Nothing it is so great, would be good if they got a pool !
