Friendly owner's and staff, quiet, clean and comfortable.

Location was good and room was adequate

The whole property starting with the lawns and gardens need a huge clean up. The advertised check in time of up to 9.00pm is not true.

Tea, coffee, milk, jug microwave, toaster, fridge, toiletries, clean towels, comfy bed and very helpful polite staff, what more could we ask for!! We will stay here again. Nice big room.

Good communication and Easy check in,Good Family room set up, good value and great location. Easy to find.

Hedges need a bit of a trim - closest carpark to our room #6- not much room to open doors without scratching.

Room and bathroom with walk in shower a nice size and spacious.

The fridge was small, there is a child care next door, with children screaming loud for a long time every morning during school week.

No one at reception on arrival. Had to call a number to get service from a staff member who was the new owner. All staff were occupied cleaning rooms, including the owner, and it was after check-in time. There were no cups in the room to make a tea or coffee & when reported to the owner, she blamed the new cleaning staff. Awoke the next day (bed very uncomfortable) to have a shower to find the shower gel container was empty. Again, I informed the owner (again, no one at reception at check out time), so I had to find the owner to report the shower gel scenario. I am very disappointed as we paid good money for this level of lack of service.

It was a bit busy early morning. Othervthan that the room was very clean, staff very friendly, room size was good.

Very basic room was adequate. Bathroom hinges on doors and toilet roll holder needed to be replaced. Kitchen dishes sparce cutlery low quality. No hairdryer in room.

Good size rooms and clean bathrooms. Great budget friendly accommodation.

Pretty good experience here. I found the road a little noisy in the night but was able to get a room change for the 2nd night. Great location since the bigger shops in Kangaroo Flat were like 7 mins away. The decor is a bit dated but ok

Value for money, great location & super quiet considering it’s on the main drag. Friendly helpful staff. The pool was lovely to cool off on a hot day.

It Was big room and clean and good beds alot of pillows I loved the room and would stay again But it's too cheap to stay the staff is grumpy probley as there not making money but we paid 108 a night over Easter should of paid 150 to 200 a night then they would be able to fix things

The place was ok but the male staff that checked us in was rude And the women ran around and did everything We pulled out weeds for them and put then in a pile they picked them up and throw them back in the garden And I got told off for using the dryer which was right next to the washing machine and got told i wasn't allowed to use this if I'm.not allowed to use this why have it in the room.in the first place.Then we were put right next to the child center room was out the way down side of the fence there was around 15 bouncing balls that had come over the fence and a pair of shoes and a hat I picked them all up and walked them around to the child centert they were happy to get them back my question why didn't the staff drop them back And the park I was ment to park in I referesed to park.in as the brick work has fallen over and I didn't want it falling on my car this nedd to be fixed Also I had a swim my partner came down sat on a chair and chair was too old and broke need to buy a few more chairs for the place for people to sit in They only charged us 108 a night for the room they should of charged 150 to 200 for over Easter it was too cheap I enjoyed that but maybe that's why staff were grumpy not making money.And to top it off check out was 10am I have stayed in alot of places and knew this and got a knocked at the door at 9.45 to see if we were leaving I was in the middle of packing the car not a nice feeling at all I didn't sleep in just didnt want to rush home After my holiday.
