The lift was very handy when taking luggage upstairs

Poor lighting in bathroom could not see to put makeup on. Curtains in two of the rooms torn. Couldn’t get tv to work no instructions. Guests expected to load dirty dishes into dish washer. Big sign on kitchen staff only! For the room cost the staff can surely put one glass, one spoon and a cup into the dish washer. Pool did not look overly keen but went swimming as it was hot and air con wasn’t working. Two other guests entered and all of a sudden the pool was full of leaves food wrappers and tissues. Got out immediately. White bathroom towel had black marks on it. Had to walk around the brush trip hazard outside my door. Lighting in main room was restricted to lamp only.

The price for the room was probably the best thing

The room wasn't that clean the shower didn't even look like it had been cleaned there were Lollie wrappers under the bed.

The reception staff were friendly when I checked in and the check-in process was fast and efficient.Bed was comfortable enough.

I indicated in my booking that I would be checking in between 4 and 5 pm, but they called me at 3 asking if I was still coming.The toilet had not been cleaned despite the 'sealed for your hygiene' sticker being placed on it. There were skidmarks on the seat and someone's old pubic hair still there. The shower was mouldy and whenever the water was used it resulted in a loud thumping sound from the walls.The pool was murky and not clean either.Overall the cleanliness was well below what should be expected.

Location good. Parking arrangement excellent.

A window lock was inoperable. Only one of six downlights in our room working.Common area could have been cleaner.

Didn't like the place at all. The room was extremely hot, even with the air-conditioning on 18 degrees. You have to turn the appliance on at the wall yourself.It takes approximately 10mins for hot water to work.Slept in my car instead

The room was a really good size with a comfortable couch and the bed was super comfortable the best l have ever slept on away from home. The outlay of the inn is really lovely like a secret oasis and the pool and outdoor areas were great. I would definitely recommend staying there it was also very well maintained with the cleanliness of the room and surrounding areas all the staff that l encountered were lovely and helpful and the cleaning staff were happy and helpful with whatever you needed amazing job Crystal Inn you should be proud of your establishment.

I liked the broken glass on the carpet. That was fun for the kids.

I didn't like the dirty sheets, the mould in the shower, the smell of smoke in the room. I didn't like anything about the place. I would have preferred to sleep behind a dumpster.

Air conditioning barely worked. It was a hot day however I had to buy a fan from bunnings to sleep.

It was relativey cheap and I was only looking for a "bed for the night".Room was clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay

While it suited my needs for this stay, I would not be using it for a "couples weekend away".It is clean and provides basic facilities (although the pool was green and unusable) I would not stay here for more than one night.

We had a lot of ants throughout and the bathroom fan wasn’t really working very well. The pool needed a clean as well

Pool is extremely dirty on a hot day. Air conditioning is not good.

Shower and the exhaust is Dirty found spiders on the exhaust fan. Fridge freezer was full of ice and covered with stain. couldn’t fit anything on the freezer

Sheets on bed were nice

Arrive to not receive room I booked. Was told I am being up graded ha ha what a joke. The spa was filthy and cracked on the bottom. Tv didn’t work called reception. I had to take remote down stairs. Batteries were placed in. In the incorrect way. TVs still didn’t work. Hostess was rude. Found a small pill on the bedside. No lights in room worked. No power points. And smelt funky

Good position and reasonable comfortable...

Outside area was very dirty.Difficult to contact staff whilst there.Internal phone not working so was not able to contact reception.TV was not working but that was because the main Bendigo tower was down due to the fires.

Very little to like about it. The person at reception was helpful when asked the first time.

The first room we were given had dirt and marks on the bed linen and the air conditioning did not work. The room we moved to had better bedding but so many issues: the fly screen was not attached to the window, a ceiling light was falling down, there were no tea bags, no tea spoons, washing up liquid but no sponge or tea towel. Coffee cups were dirty, the tv in the living area didn’t work. There were no plates. The swimming pool was so dirty that we would not consider using it. Paid extra for wifi but did not get the password.

Very quiet Rooms and no hassles from management

No room service No house keeping Very old decor and the court yards Pool etc need a good clean Spa was old and green Burgundy and dark wood furniture is not in fashion anymore
