Great place to stay, close enough to the city, parking, fully equipped unit with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Good aircon for the over 40 temperatures

A bit dated but clean
Great staff, they were friendly and helpful. Low noise, even though on highway. Decent location, not perfect, but fine for us. Rooms were very clean and tidy with good facilities i. e tea and coffee, microwave, fridge, crockery, knives and forks etc.
I realize it would be hard at this property, but it's nice to have an onsite restaurant or bar and swimming pool. But the main thing for me personally was the mattress was too hard.
Location was right where we needed it convenient to everything.

Ease of booking
3 people stayed but only 2 bath towels. We had to share.Tap in shower dripped all night and air conditioner very noisy. Shower challenging to access because it was over the top of a high bath. Bed also very low to ground making it challenging for older people to get out of.

The car parks are a bit tight
Only stayed one night. Everything was good. Went on the tram hop on hop off really enjoyed it.
My pillow was too hard for me.

Car parks and driveway are small for dual cab or large vehicles and you car hear water flowing quite loudly through the pipes when other rooms are using it
I was travelling alone with my child and was well accommodated with a free room upgrade, an exceptionally clean space and friendly service. The air-conditioning was excellent, the amenities were appropriate and DVDs were a great add on for easy entertainment.
I would have loved a firmer mattress and perhaps a cutting knife, chopping board and dishwashing liquid in the room. Small and subjective details!
We were running late compared to the time we thought we would be there, so we got an sms with info and our room number, letting us know the room was there and ready when we got there. Room was large, so was bathroom. Bed was so comfy, biscuits were yummy - thank you. We should have ordered breakfast, but thought we'd be in a hurry to leave due to the bushfires. We asked if they knew anything about the calder highway being closed, they didn't. But called us back around 20 minutes later to say they'd found out by making some phone calls, that it was open all the way - above and beyond and we will be back!!
nowhere in bendigo had tv or radio reception, so we couldn't get updates on the fires - suggest this is a telecommunications issue and the government needs to look at this!!!!!
The bed was comfortable. The airconditioner worked well in the conditions at the time we stayed. The Manager at the site was pleasant and helpful
I would have liked there to be some bottled water in the fridge for each of the staying guests. I didnt like that the door locked behind me after I accidently left the key in the room. The conditons in the room were a little outdated.
