beds were great

rooms were not serviced after staying there for 3 days,note on the wall upon leaving any utensils that have been used need to be washed up.$---.-- a night tv remotes didn't work ran out of toilet paper, no clean towels after 3 days

Everything was seamless. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The accommodation and full facilities of the park were spotless and so well kept.

Potentially a shop on site selling Ice, and other basics.

Enjoyed the recreation facilities for the grandkids especially the jumping pillow, the pool and the pedal go-karts.

Awesome way to finish up our 2 week holiday. The place was very clean, allot of kids play activities and areas.

The Gym, i walked past and kinda laughed.Pool was freezing and not heated which deterred the kids unfortunately

received an unexpected upgrade due to works at the park, customer service was exceptional, park was clean and tidy.after a full day of travel it was nice to sit back and relax in quiet surroundingsthe cabin was beautiful, we enjoyed a great night sleep and hot shower. look forward to visiting again in the future

Staff were very helpful. Kids were very happy with the facilities that were meant specially for their entertainment such as playground, table tennis, jumping pillows, go karting & heated spa.

Internet was a bit slow.

Great value for money, clean, very comfy bed and excellent staff.

bathroom/shower very small, horse noises (my cabin was very close to the boundary with the nearby racecourse/stables) -didn't bother me, but may do others.

Good location near Bendigo. Nice facilities for kids.

Rooms, advertised for 4 people, were very small, and extremely worn out. We’ve been to multiple Big4s, this one was a huge disappointment.

The flies were everywhere, we kept the windows and doors shut but somehow they managed to creep their way in overnight. There are dead ones sticking onto the blinds from previous stays and haven’t been cleaned off. The floor and carpet are not very clean.

it was great for the kids, lots for them to do and safe for them to ride around on the go carts

cabin was fairly small but we went for a cheap one, next time we’ll pay a little more to get a larger one with more space to move

Glamping tent situated at front of caravan park which made it very noisy! Bourke at mall would have been quieter! Poor lighting in tent and poor tv reception. Staff on a Sunday morning at 9am using blower vac outside of tent, when I asked him to have some consideration he told me to fuck off!

Everything was kept clean, the amenities provided were good for my kids. They absolutely loved it especially mini golf

Good location close enough to city for a 10 minute drive.

Booked a 3 bedroom cabin. Things changed with hospital and icu department so more family traveled down to visit very sick patient. Was charged for 3 extra people. Absolutely no compassion. Booked 3 rooms used 3 rooms. Be aware of money being a huge motivator at this park.

Great facilities, friendly staff and spacious cabin for family of 4. Loved our stay, we would definitely return.

Cabin was clean.

Trees were not trimmed and the weather was windy, this kept us awake during the night as it was banging on the side of the cabin

Only one thing which was not really a huge issue is car park space could have been a little bigger for my 4x4 however around the park most cabins /sites have larger parking otherwise great well kept park .

Loved the Glamping Tent. Was a cold night but the electric blanket definitely kept us toasty. Would highly recommend
