hi the venue was very clean and new, access instructions easy to follow , user friendly and safe.

the bed and pillow are very soft and uncomfortable for us .

Space was very nice, easy check in, parking, location.

Room 1 was very close to road. Could hear trucks as early as 5am. Some towels were already hung behind the door and rails. Wasn't sure were they cleaned or used?

T.V didn't work, no aerial input, no spoons/cutlery to even make a cup of coffee (coffee, tea provided by motel) very noisy location with traffic all night, as windows were not double glazed. When i rang number provided to me by motel (regarding enquiries etc) phone went to message bank ,which i left a message regarding t.v. I never received any call/reply back.

It was a cosy little room, in a good location

We were in room one which is right on the road so the traffic was very noisy.

No Tea bags, Needs a few more items to have a small snack in room eg plate, bowl, spoon, fork, knife. The name is easily confused with Botanical Hotel, located near the botanical gardens.

I had stayed here before and it was quiet

Poorly prepared this time, looked like the bed was barely done, lacked essential supplies like tissue paper, milk etc.

Side street name has been changed from Wade to Laurel. One bed side lamp had faulty bulb. Table was unstable as were both chairs. Needed a least one more each of the two non-wine glasses.

My stay wasn't very enjoyable.

There was no armchair or couch to sit on. But the worst thing was there was no milk in the fridge. I asked for some and was told it would be delivered, but it wasn't.

It’s a great location, comfy bed, clean, secure.

No milk!!!! And only 2 coffee sachets: great place to stay but this was really disappointing

Perfectly adequate for a night in bendigo. Slept well. Wasnt too noisy in my room

I made a last minute book. Took a little bit to get the pass-key. I feel the front room may be a bit loud as ita on the main road..

Great parking, great sized bathroom, private & small. Huge bed. Loved the verandaah outside, different & homey.No keys great too.

No cutlery or plate, only teaspoon.

Didn't have breakfast.

Thr road noise. Not your fault of course. We didn't see any staff. But when we asked how to connect WiFi they messaged back quickly. There wasn't any information provided in the room

The king bed was comfortable and the linen was clean

The property was not clean. The shower recess was dirty the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped, the bedside tables were dusty and there was no bulb in the bedside lamp

WORST / dirtiest HOTEL IN...

There was no tv remote. I called and asked about it and they would not bring another one over. They also couldn't accomodate another room for us. The bed has stains all over the dooner, the shower had not been washed or cleaned for months. The floor of the shower looks worse then a shower you would see in a correctional facility. Or a public shower To be honest. There was grime literally half way up the shower screen. . there was filthy BROWN fingerprints on the inside of fhe bathroom cupboard. Towels thrown into cupboard underneath. Stains all over the walls. Horrible customer service by the staff who answered the phone whilst still talking to other staff members. And not listening. He first sent confirmation for a completely different property i called three times with issues before i had been inside 2 minutes
