Very friendly, very clean, very comfortable

NIL - it suits our needs…..attending a memorial service for a friend on site.

Stayed twice now - is an excellent central motel and quiet units at the back. Very clean and comfortable.

The accommodation was very neat and tidy, Staff were great and the attached Pub had great meals.

Has parking at the back of hotel which was a plus for us. The laundry facilities perfect for when you have been on the road for a few days. Gold mine museum and Tram stop across the road. Shower great lots hot water, bed comfortable.

We stay here every month as we have family in Bendigo. We love it and the convenience of being able to purchase food next door and take it to our room if required. They were so good - they even remembered that my husband has a C-Pap machine and left an extension cord in the room.

A lot of noise from the pub one night.

Staff were great. Fantastic communication and easy check in after hours.

Beds were hard and walls were thin. Could hear the room next door quite clearly.

Spacious, clean, fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment. Very friendly, helpful staff. Delicious, hot breakfast delivered to room at our specified time and meals from the hotel a couple of doors down were delicious. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms was an added bonus. We attended a 1pm function at the hotel and a 12 noon check in was permitted at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated.

Road noise was constant. Hard pillows.

What a marvelous place, lovely renovated rooms right on the lake front. We were able to see the fireworks on NYE from our room. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided along with tea coffee and sugar.

Forgot to ask about Wi-Fi, would have liked to stream something for the kids to watch at night but wasn’t a huge necessity for us overall. And we absolutely could have messaged to ask.

We requested a disabled room and it met all your special needs. Location was excellent with respect to the rail station and St John of God Private Hospital. Room was neat and tidy. Front of house staff very kind and caring with respect to our needs.

Couldn't fault the complex. Being adjacent to the hotel was an added bonus when travelling without a car.

Nice and Quiet - food readily available at bar below. Easy check in and check out.

I like the location, having a balcony room, air conditioning, having a swimming pool on site as well as a pub. I was also happy with the cleanliness of the room.

The front reception staff member we encountered on check-in could have been friendlier and more polite. There was a bit of patchy grass in the pool area which caused the tiled part to get a little muddy. Neither issue was a big deal. This is really a wonderful place to stay and great value for money.

The room had a spa and direct access to pool

The A/C was leaking in the floor all night, staff were not friendly, car parks were tiny, bed was rock hard and there was so much noise from other guests we couldn’t sleep.

I had a lovely stay at the National Hotel - Bendigo. I wasn't able to drive so the handiness to the shops and CBD was great. I had dinners there with my friends & family and the meals were exceptional.
