Town House Motor Inn

They changed my room booking to downstairs on request

Didn't realise from the information that there were two floors of rooms. I am a disabled person so this would have been an issue if the motel was not able to change my booking

Run by lovely people, it's located in the heart of the town and yet still quiet, and comfortable beds!

Everything. The team were great. The location super. The rooms clean and well presented. Pool was great too.

We stayed at the Town House Motor Inn for one night and had a great experience. The room was very clean with nicely updated facilities, and the whole place felt quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent too—super convenient for getting around. A really easy, pleasant stay overall.

Very friendly hosts. Excellent location.Great clean pool.

Very clean and well managed motel in great location handy to main shops and dining etc. Breakfast was available to room in the morning, which is rare these days!

Not much to dislike. Was older style but has been continually maintained and updated etc.

Good quiet location very close to all amenities. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Well appointed. Convenient parking onsite. Bathroom has been recently renovated.

Slightly dated, however very practical with respect.

Great location. Very clean. Plenty of space for two friends sharing a room. Comfortable beds, a table & chairs plus a large tv made our experience more enjoyable.

Didn’t dislike anything.

Great sized room - plenty of space. Lovely couple running the business who gave us usefulinfo about the local area.

I loved how kind and helpful the staff were. They helped us get a room on the ground floor and made sure we could find dinner in town on the public holiday with all the closures. I’m always thrown away to meet such nice people like this, as their kindness just makes your stay even better.

Nothing I can really fault. We found the mattresses a little stiff for our liking, but we have bad backs so that’s not their fault.

Fantastic rainwater style shower and great air-conditioning Amazing number of electrical outlets on either side of the bed - fantastic ease of charging electronic items. (No USB outlets)Cool drinking water in the fridge - very hot day

Room is rather dark due to brickwork and window on one side only.

Location was great ,next to main rd ,to shops , restaurants....motel was excellent ?...we loved everything.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable room/bed, central location which suited me as it was the first trip for work; super helpful owners.

Update the road sign, I missed it - you deserve a lovely yellow/bright design - your motel is lovely.

Very good

Swimming pool needed cleaning. Room was clean but disappointed that I couldn't go for a swim

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Great location, walking distance to shops and resturants, lovely staff, lovely pool

Bed was a little uncomfortable

Well located. Comfortable bed

Very dated and basic but that was all we needed

Easy access to the centre of Horsham. Great location Especially loved the gorgeous seating around the pool - just beautiful to sit there at night. Very quiet. The room was very spacious and very clean. Wonderful friendly welcome on arrival. Thank you

Would have liked to be offered a late checkout on request

Great quiet central location. Good pool to cool off in at end of day. Comfortable room. Lovely staff. Certainly better than other options in town.

Excellent town location, clean and comfortable room, good value for money, very friendly and helpful hosts.

Nothing really.
