Darlot Motor Inn

Cheap

Grungy, dirty office, smoke filled office,Office windows not cleaned for months, outside of motel dry grass and weeds, no live garden to talk of, potholes in driveway, very old mattress

Comfortable, everything works, was quiet even though on the hwy. pool was lovely to swim in, loved being able to have our dog with us.

Grounds need a tidy up but otherwise comfortable

Very clean, comfortable facilities that have been renovated recently. Friendly and helpful owners. Great value for money. Have booked again for our return trip.

Nothing of note to add here.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new, modern and very clean. The shower head great and water pressure was excellent. The owner brought us a fresh jug of milk for our morning coffee and he was very friendly and helpful.I recommend staying at this motel when staying in Horsham.

I was in Room 12 of 16 which was further away from the main road reducing the road noise.

Large in size, ease of parking

The bed was pretty uncomfortable, electric blankets were a bit broken

Fabulously clean for a motel. Quiet considering its on the highway. You can tell its owner operated!

The pool is under renovation ... but given we arrived late we probably would not have had a swim anyway.

The staff ( lady in the front office ) was very polite and helpful the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bathroom had all that we needed and was modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable with enough bedding for us.It was quiet and dark to sleep.

The only thing was we found it hard to shut the curtains to cut out all the light and for total privacy.

The staff were super friendly but it looks as if the facilities were mid-Reno and they ran out of money. I loved they would let my dog stay but there wasn’t a very nice spot to sit outside.

Easy to find. Good sized fridge. Good selection of kitchen equipment. An amazing number of easily accessible power points,

Beds were a bit too ‘mobile’. The castors were so speedy, that when I sat on the bed they shifted away so fast I fell off! Never had that before. Would have been better to have the single bed against the bathroom wall, so the double was easier to watch the tv from.

Quiet location with easy access to town

Mattress was a bit firm. Pool water was too cold for a swim. Office stank of cigarette smoke.

Clean, good location

Beds no fixed to the walls moved around, frayed towels, people in room next door smoking out the front and when we opened our door smoke came in our room. It spelt disgusting and we nearly left

Price n size of room n location

Aircon a bit loud but worked ok

We went out for breakfast as nothing avilable

Somewhere to put wet towels, stop sliding door from automatic shutting and dead bugs on wall above pillows

Room was tidy

Reception was cluttered , dirty and smelt of smoke.Driveway has big potholes

It was very nice and quiet and was comfortable and the rooms were roomy and customer service was great.

Plenty of hot water. Facilities.clean. Quiet.

No biscuits with coffee.

Great value and had everything we needed within a 15min walk into town- Most importantly it was dog friendly for our little pooch

Good location by
