There where a few dead bugs in the room, nothing much to worry about though.

Good sized motel room that was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed walking around the pretty town of Kaniva with its community feel, painted silos and painted sheep trail. Great that we could bring our dog too.

Manager very friendly, even gave us an upgrade, room very good and clean, we only stayed for 1 night everything we needed

Good location and easy to find.

There are a lot of hair on the pillows and the bedding needs to be replaced!!The shower water pressure is too low , can't use it at all !!

Michael was very friendly and the stay was very comfortable

It's on the highway so it's not surprising there is some noise from trucks, but this is not too much of a problem. The room was pleasant. The town water is not safe to drink, but there is a generous supply of bottle water in the fridge at no extra cost. If required more can be obtained again at no extra cost. The owner was welcoming. A good place to break the trip between Melbourne and Adelaide.

The bathroom basin is just about due for a refresh.

In a small town the location was good, set back from a busy road to limit the noise. Air con which was very much needed and everything else for our short stay

The guy who checked us in was so nice and friendly. The room was great. Exactly what you'd expect from an Inn/ motel. Bed was nice and clean.

On arrival Michael was welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is old but the rooms have had a really lovely renovation. Everything was spotless. Generous sized modern bathrooms with full length vanity top and a spacious walk in shower. And fluffy towels! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A kettle, toaster, and basic crockery is available to have a simple breakfast, an IGA is just down the road to purchase food. The town water is not drinkable and plenty of bottles of water are supplied. Overall a great little hotel for a stopover, and a lovely little town to explore, Highly recommended, in fact we returned to stay there on our return trip from Adelaide!

Despite the hotel rooms being set back from the road the noise of trucks during the night, though we are not used to noise at night and it isn’t the fault of the hotel. It wasn’t bad and the trucks are infrequent. Not a big issue.

The owners were lovely when I called to let them know that we would arrive later than selected check in time... they changed our booking to be able to check in anytime without disturbing anyone and no additional surprise charges etc... and kids enjoyed the room also. facilities were in well kept order and as the town is on untreated bore water and water not consumable in room the owners provided ample bottles of water for a family of 4 to use over 2 nights/3 days.

Nice room in a pleasant setting, well set up with table and chairs. The bathroom was lovely.

Location was central but noidy

Single bed needed mattress turned around as abit saggy getting in & out of bed.Traffic noise. Planting trees or dense shrubs along front fence might help to cut down traffic noise

Classic country motel. Very clean. Comfortable. Friendly reception. Did the job perfectly!

The location was good though a short walk into town. Very friendly & helpful owner. Room was comfortable and all we needed and clean

Great little spot for an overnighter. Very clean and spacious. Bed was so comfortable! Had a peaceful night sleep. Within walking distance of the Commercial hotel for a great pub meal.

Clean and comfortable room. Bottled water is supplied. The town water is not potable.You can park in front of the door to your room.

The highway / train noise was loud and consistent throughout the night. Wifi was not very fast.
