There is nothing nice about this experience.

Worst experience ever, staff were rude, cancelled our booking, refused to refund. Discriminates against pets being left in the car, their terms never mention pets not permitted to stay in the car. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Family room, super clean and comfortable. Great facilities.

The door to our room was quite fragile. Both the other and inner bottom panels were loose. A good kick on the door and you'd be in :( .

Pleasantly surprised. Lovely fresh clean room. Comfortable & spacious. Outdoor table and chairs. Pleasant reception.

Mr Google said that there was a restaurant on site. Nope. So where do you eat? No offer where to go. Sorry hotels are out. Local cafe not much. So frozen take away from IGA.

Good facilities as expected for a Motel en route Adelaide/Melbourne - half way point. Clean, neat and tidy; comfortable bed.

Noise level from people leaving at 4.30 in the morning - obviously not the Motel's fault.

This has been there for years but is clean, we'll maintained and comfortable. We are very happy with the standard maintained.

good clean, obviously a preferred motel given number of people in and out. mosty quiet but can hear the trains passing close by - can't do anything about hat but was not intrusive to disturb sleep.

A lot of trucks and a train travel through the town late at night. It was a little noisy but not unbearable.

The motel had strict rules about bicycles in rooms but provided secure storage. It was a good sign that the motel were concerned about looking after their property.

Stayed at Zero many times over the years - always comfortable, no fuss and good value for overnight sleep.

Nothing to do with room. However, the general noise of railway line and road train truck made almost impossible to have a sound sleep.

Very comfortable bed. Room was quiet and immaculately clean. There was a small bistro table with two comfortable chairs (good place to have takeaway meal) anddesk space along the walls. Walk in shower and a no-skid shower mat. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

We only stayed 1 night but were happy with the room. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. We were in Room 18 which is on the 1st floor. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great. It had everything we needed for our short stay.

Only minor things that could be improved upon. Lighting in the area of the sink/coffee/fridge could be improved. Toilet roll holder was in a challenging position and could be placed in a more accessible spot. It is on a major road and trucks roll past at all hours of the day, so not a quiet spot for sleeping. Overall, it's an old hotel and could do with a bit of a spruce up - like bedding, shower, etc.

Location was good, walking distance to centre of town, room was clean and more modern than expected. Good amenities like dishes, glasses, chairs, etc.

The bathroom was quite old and needs a bit of renovation, but great hot water so no worries!

The motel was a convenient stop in our trip to South Australia.

I really think it is time for whoever is responsible for the information on Booking.com to update the motel information. The COVID information is redundant, as is the facility description which mentions a restaurant onsite. There is NO RESTAURANT onsite. The manager said that it closed 'years ago'! We were prepared to pay a bit more for our room because we thought there was a restaurant. No breakfast offered either. Annoying as it was the Thursday before Good Friday and Easter weekend.Nhill really doesn't have a lot to offer in food choices. We went to a cafe as the two hotels didn't have any signs to indicate they were open for dinner. The bakery side of the cafe looked great but our dinner was pretty average.I usually try to stay optimistic with my reviews but hotel description sets an expectation that wasn't met.

Great motel with clean room, comfortable bed and good shower. Perfect to break up a trip from Melbourne to Adelaide.

I requested a room far from the main road because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel cooperated. The only feedback I have is that the huge mirrors opposite the bed should be removed. It is simply too much. Just the one above the sink in the kitchen is sufficient. The bed was a little hard to sleep on, but I like softer beds. Great place to stay for a couple of nights. I was simply using the accommodations for an overnight trip between Adelaide and Melbourne as it is bang in the middle. Will I stay here again? Yes, I would.

Property was clean , value for money and water pressure was good.

The motel restaurant is closed so need to arrange dinner as nothing close by and available .Beds were bit hard.

The room was clean, staff gave us clear instructions and room had air-conditioning.

When we walked into the room it smelt like a strong smell of cigarettes the night we stayed. The swimming pool wasn't cleaned so my kids couldn't swim on a hot day.
