Friendly welcoming staff, great value for money and terrific location

L River frontooking out over the river with a huge number of local birds outside our apartment. The hotel was across the carpark and this offered a great meal. The hotel fronted onto the historic town centre.

Could not have hoped for anything better.

The location is fantastic and The Echuca Hotel food in front has delicious food.. staff friendly and clean..only thing I say is bring ear plugs if you dont like music on a Friday sat night as can hear it from nearby venue but stops just around 11pm .. we have stayed in all rooms over the years will be back again..

Easy parking, excellent location, balcony overlooking the Campaspe River, huge room. Basic kitchenette with Sink, MW, Fridge and Electric Frypan. Many eating and drinking venues nearby. Your room key gets you a 10% discount (on food and drink) at a nominated local establishments. Many things to do in the area for all ages and groups.

Noise from the nearby Echuca Hotel can be a bit noisy but quites down around 10pm. Shower cubicle was a bit small.

Great location on the Campaspe river, overlooking the trees, water and ducks from the balcony.

Very noisy after 10pm Friday and Saturday from the pub and neighboring bars until midnight.

It was a beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, always smiling. So central to everything,

Couldn't connect TV to wifi

Property was well located. Shower was good and the beds were comfy

The housekeeping didn’t make up our rooms despite leaving the note hanging on the door. We waited for a couple of hours after requesting fresh towels upon our return for someone to bring us fresh ones. The sign in the car park is unclear as to where you actually need to go to check in. We asked a waiter, he told us to go to the bar, then the bar told us to go to the front bar. We then asked the guy checking us in where our room was and he said he didn’t know and to ask the staff at the other bar. He then reappeared at said bar and didn’t do anything but stand there. First impressions are everything and all this did was frustrate us especially after a long drive. The couple in the room next to us were smoking and our windows had been left open so our room smelled of smoke when we arrived. The sink in the bathroom was also blocked so kept filling up with grubby water

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, very nice veranda, very central location. Hope to stay there again soon. Thank you.

We loved this place. We were in the two bedroom apartment looking down to the river with balcony and outside furniture. Entertaining watching the birds every morning. Great meals at the Echuca Hotel.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss but was fine if you walked to the end of the path.

The location, ease of check-in, and checkout.

The bathroom fan is so loud! Also, the shower needs a door. Water spray out over the whole bathroom.

Discounts offered at the eateries was a welcome bonus.

Being woken up early in the mornings by an older gentleman feeding the multitude of ducks, geese, ibis and turkeys outside our window every morning:(

Very friendly staff. Lovely bright, clean,up to date room. A BIG bathroom with a great rain shower.

Great location, pretty view, very enjoyable to sit on the balcony for meals, within walking distance of the Port of Echuca and lots of great shops and restaurants, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, plenty of towels and the soaps etc supplied all smelled great! Very generous supply of tea and coffee too. 10% discount at pub AND a nearby cafe for breakfast was very handy. We stayed in a cabin that was well fitted for mobility impaired (bathroom bars on right hand side)

Water pressure in shower was a bit low

Convenient and clean, easy to find & access.

Bed was uncomfortable.Didn’t think it deserved 4 stars.
