Good location, stayed here many times.

Unfortunately this will be our last stay at the paddlewheel. Nothing to do with the staff but we have stayed here each Christmas new year period for the last 3 years. We stayed for 4 nights 27/12/25 - 1/1/26 but a huge rude family of about 20 people basically took over the whole pool area and bbq area every day for our entire stay. We were unable to use the bbq facilities because they would just “camp” there every day and smoke cigarettes heavily.This huge group basically didn’t care about being courteous and sharing the pool and bbq area. They were loud, rude and obnoxious.The staff should actually put signage up so that people share the area with other families.

Chairs and the sofa were uncomfortable.Chairs were too low compared to the bench for use with a laptop or for eating at.Power outlets were few and not near the bed.Room was upstairs - no lift available.

The balcony.Very hot shower.Quiet Comfortable enough overall.

Reception area smelt terrible.Uncomfortable bed.Fridge leaked water.

Close walking distance to restaurants, cafés shopping

Pool, location, not too noisy. Comfortable beds. Provisions were good.Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Host was helpful to get us in the right room.

Spacious upstairs room with all required amenities. Walking distance to the places we needed to visit, including for dining out. On main road, but our room was at back of property and very quiet from passing traffic.

All good.

The spa in the pool to be hot

Have to get milk from staff for making beverages . Would be more convenient if creamer were provided.

Central location - walking distance to shops and food places. Historical Port is also within walking distance if you are keen on walking. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff. Fresh milk provided for tea and coffee. Reasonably close by, easy walk to Port if Echuca. Close to train station.

The room was clean

The big neon sign out front of the window & blinds did nothing to stop it from illuminating the room. The beds were very hard and air conditioned kept turning itself off. No milk in fridge.

Location was good. On the main street. Room was clean. Staff friendly.

Rooms are quite dated but as expected.

Great location. A very nice motel to stay the night. Not sure we would stay longterm, but the beds were comfy and the facilities were well kept. Outdoor heated pool was our big highlight!

There was no complimentary little milks. The kitchenette and bathroom were kind of combined - but that's just a personal preference.

The cleanliness was second to none! Corners, walls, and bathroom were spotless! Manager was super friendly. About 15min walk to city centre.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to restaurants and shops. We did not use the pool so unable to comment. but the surrounding were very clean.

The rooms requires a update crack tiles and also did not like that you had to use the same wash basin for your bathroom and kitchen needs.

Loved the location, facilities, staff, people. Great food, drink, history. Amazing.
