Loved spa room, very convenient location. Friendly staff.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. We had to wash the spa before getting in. Glasses in room were dirty.

Good location, easy to find, friendly & efficient staff good budget price.

No-one in attendance on afternoon arrival, upside down note on door to call re room access. A text message on booking would have been nice or email with details.No spare toilet rolls in room, had to call for more to be delivered to door.... embarrassing.Housekeeping knocking on door after 9am to see if we were still there, again awkward -our car was parked in our bay & check out was by 10am, felt rushed & hubby still showering.Found early morning traffic noisy.

Everything was there for your stay. Loved the towels were changed daily. Staff helpful and friendly. Short drive to Echuca city.

The top sheet had a wearing hole in it, in the middle of part of the sheet towards the top of the sheet. I didn't think to pull the bed apart to see if there were more holes, but I wouldn't be surprised. The sink taps were very hard to turn off, so they were dripping.

The pool was a bit shabby with a cold spa but apart from that good motel and the showere heads the square ones not good in a confined shower

The whole place needs a face lift. Paintwork everywhere needs to be repainted.TV remote did not function correctly.Needed another power point for connections

Booked this hotel, says pay at property, there time money from my account straight away cancelled booking, ask for refund, emailed still no refund, not good enough

Good pool and spa, very impressed. However the area around the pool was in need of a clean up.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and a cosy feel. Nice and close to town

A kitchenette would've been lovely, even just a little sink. We had to fill the kettle from bottles as it didn't fit in the bathroom sink.

The room was nice and tidy. Good value for money

Well, the office was supposed to be open 8am to 8pm, but when I had to ring them every time we needed something, no one was there. The housekeeping staff never restocked the tea and coffee. We didn't know this until about 9 pm when we went to have a coffee. the housekeeping staff were smoking outside under the verandah near our room. We have asthma, and it was hard when we had to walk out to pack the car it was the smell of smoke that put us off. We left the rubbish bag in our room. we had to remove it ourselves and take it to the office.

What can I say about the property then? Good thing about it was the pool nothing else maybe the location.

It’s nothing like the pictures that you have on your site. It’s poorly and disgusting staff were very rude the room that we had the bunk bed was on the floor the bottom one was sit on it and roll out when you had to get up. You had to get up on your hands and knees disgusting women to do that.

Was close to the supermarket and city center. The kid’s enjoyed the pool.

Have stayed there a couple of times now, but find it a bit outdated now, could do with a freshen up.

The staff where friendly and accomodating to our needs.

When we booked the family room it states kitchenette / contained kitchen. Which is why we booked this specifically. We had a 10 month old with us there was nothing in the unit to cook with a toaster & microwave but we had plates and knifes forks spoons. It stated queen bed & double bed but had 3 singles including bunk bed in second room. Behind the head board in main room was full of cobwebs we pushed the single beds together to get the porta cot in and under the single bed was crumbs all over carpet and stubby holder. The tv was balanced on a cupboard which did not fit properly as its situated right near the sliding door to small balcony if you knocked the tv going out door as it opened up the same side the tv would of fell off. There was no batteries in the remote control for tv. When i asked about cooking options electric fry pan or little gas burner i was given a full gas bottle with a pan and was told to carry to bbq area and cook off that. I know nothing about connecting a gas bottle to a bbq so i carried it to pool area and left it there. The bbq was situated in the pool area itself. Our garden near our balcony was over grown with weeds and broken wood pieces & bits of trees off plus a broken table top and chairs. In a family unit generally these bigger or double car parks I was informed we could park next door but if a booking came in we would have to move. saturday we had to park privrour kids near reception no where our our
