Host was very friendly and the location is great

Room, location, clean everything was exceptional, great hotel to for a stay. The staff helpful, cheerful and very friendly and informative.

We liked everything, nothing to dislike.

There was only one car park left when I arrived and I couldn’t fit my car in due to the size of the car park but I ended up parking just outside on the street which wasn’t a big deal

Not very clean: carpets are very old & look filthy. The bathroom floor had dust & hair (of both kinds!) on floor. The shower/spa bath had pubic hairs on it from previous users & you can see the bottom & sides of bath are dirty (brown)-need a good scrubbing (I could rub my finger on it & the brown came away). I couldn't bring myself to have a shower.

Location was excellent. In walking distance to main street and also the historical wharf area and eating venues

There was a problem on check in and the staff managed to sort it out quickly and without a fuss. They were also very accommodating with our bikes being secure overnight. Lovely clean rooms with modern bathroom facilities. Easy walk to the Port and restaurants and to centre of town.

Staff were great! Super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

It was close to most things.

The bathroom was dirty, the shower was black, I ended up cleaning it myself it was black in the tiles. The bed was uncomfortable and the carpet was stained.

Spoilt badly when I discovered the excess payment, without any explanation

I booked this room on 20 August 2024, at a quoted price of $262 for two nights for two people. But the payment via PayPal was only processed on 13 April 2025, in the amount of $333 ($71 extra). Please refund $71 asap.

Location, willing to allow one night accommodation which can be hard to get particularly over peak periods.

A little dated, could do with some improvements but good value for money.

Very clean and family friendly environment. Great location. The pool water was also very warm which was a bonus! Our room was excellent, plus the beds were super comfortable. Very happy

Location and room were great. Room house keeping needed a bit of a lift though. Heavy dust around lounge and furnishings but overall quite clean.

Good location, bcomfy beds.Greeted warmly by staff and offered real fresh milk in a glass bottle for our room. Lovely touch!

Great location and facilities. Have small pool.Lady in reception was super nice. Had dinner at Port53, which was only 5 min walk.Loved my stay.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was in an excellent position.
