Overall the accommodation was clean and comfortable and fine for an overnight stay.

When we came back to the room later in the evening, we discovered that the shower drain was blocked. As reception had closed, we resorted to short low pressure showers to avoid water flooding into the bathroom. I have emailed the property about the blocked drain but they have not replied over a week later, which is disappointing.

Heating not working properly. No blankets on bed (folded in cupboard). No power lead to one side of electric blanket. General lack of maintenance of property (wall light hanging, stains on chairs etc).

The Motel was in good condition, clean and tidy. Located just 2 mins from the city centre. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities required for a nice stay.very quiet, and I couldn't hear noise from other rooms. Staff were good and even called us when we were late to check in.

Bottom sheet not fitted but fitted bedspread was uncomfortable.

There was nothing to mention that I like about the property if I could give it no stars I would.

The rooms were really dirty. There was mould drips from water that was leaking from the roof. In regards to entertainment. The TV didn’t work properly. hardly pick up any channels. I requested a portion of the cost of the room to be refunded because of the TV not working I was told that the assistant would speak to the manager but nothing happened and I was told multiple times that the TV would be swapped over for a new one and on the last day it was swapped over we also requested our rooms to be cleaned and for the sheets to be changed over but again nothing took place. I would not recommend this property to anybody.

Standard accommodation at a reasonable price.

Advertising suggests that it is closer to town than it really is. Not within walking distance of any restaurants.

There was a pool and some outdoor area for children.

The smell of cigarettes. The kitchen and sitting area not as pictured. The guest kitchen was not clean or usable. BBQ was unclean. Curtains falling down.

There was a dirty tissue in the bed - the sheets had obviously not been changed and bed just remade. Was quite disturbing. Was also bugs in room and coffee or something on wall. Shower head was also broken and sprayed water all over me and the room when I turned the water on.

Very spacious & comfortable room. Lots of room for luggage etc. staff were lovely. Great value for money

The room we stayed in was full of ant's my friend was bitten while sleeping not the best of experiences.

Handy to find and nice and cosy. Slept well. Adequate bathroom a little dated. But appreciate a bed when tired.

Great for a stop off when traveling and good price and clean.

Cleanliness, lack of clothes storage, dated and basic amenities. Room not serviced even though they claimed daily service. Smoking allowed too close to rooms.
