Tasman Holiday Parks - Merool on the Murray

Loved the rooms that are part of the old heritage, they offer amazing views of the river right on your doorstep. Loved the pool, it had a nice shallow end for the younger children and it wasn't too busy.

The games room needed a little TLC

The caravan park was absolutely amassing, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, offering convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The view of the river from our room was simply beautiful, creating a perfect spot to relax. A highlight of our mornings was the delightful visit from kookaburras. Highly recommended for a wonderful getaway.

The room itself was quite aged and in need of an update, as it felt tired and would benefit from a revamp

Quick getaway on a whim.and we always love Echuca Moama, cute cabin right on the river, very clean,. comfortable and quiet as school was back ?.... lovely park with all amenities,. playgrounds and great swimming pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at Merool on the Murray with the kids. The cabins were clean and spacious, and the setting by the river was peaceful and beautiful. The communication and follow-up from the park staff before and during our stay were excellent — very clear and helpful.. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated how well-maintained the park grounds were. It felt safe and family-friendly, with easy parking and great views of the Murray River.

The games room was a bit disappointing — several machines weren't working, which made it less enjoyable for the kids. The pool was also closed during our visit, which limited the activities available on-site.

Its wonderful place. Everything over there are very clean, comfortable bed, great river view, great staff

Nothing at all

Great facilities, close to river, great accomodating staff, clean and very nice to wander around.

Had an issue with aerial on roof rattling in wind, however, staff out of hours were super helpful with a temporary room and fixed the issue first thing in the morning.

Clean good location quiet

Nice vibe. Good pool for kids. Kids loved large bouncing “pillow”. Accomm clean and comfortable. Ceiling fan appreciated.

Asking for additional milk was met with poor attitude. Only one small milk supplied for 2 days. Minor gripe obviously but odd to not be supplied with more for 2 night stay and then met with almost disdain when asking for more.

Loved the peace and quiet and the lovely view of the river. The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy.

The location, the layout of the park, the individual facades of the cabins, to resemble an old country village, the playground facilities were excellent, the park staff were very helpful.

Should have more kitchen utensils like a drying rack,2 nd frying pan, more cutting knifes. Chess pieces were broken, the blow up trampoline was nver working

Fantastic caravan park right on the river. Good sized, clean cabins and a very cute set-up. Close to the club and convenient there is a shuttle bus available. Would recommend if in the area.

Fabulous views and great accommodation. Needed whipper snipping badly around unity; a bbq outside would be an added bonus. Outside fire pit great.

Beautiful view of river, amazing bird life. Nice family oriented environment. Several playgrounds. Clean cabin with plenty of room for our family of 5

Nice quiet location close to the RSL.

Although we paid a premium price for ‘river views’, the river views were obscured by overgrown weed trees. Wish there was a ‘breakfast & coffee take away’ kiosk.

Beautiful location overlooking the Murray River. Lovely pool area, clean linen, toilet, and kitchen facilities.

Yellow security light outside the cabin door that lit up the cabin all night and could not be turned off. Filthy stained carpet and tired bathroom that could have been updated with a new shower screen, vanity unit and toilet seat. Dust and cobwebs on the windows and doors. The whole park had an atmosphere of disorganisation and was not particularly welcoming.

Loved the quaint “ village feel” & the proximity to the river.The pool was a great bonus as it was very hot when we were there.

The unit needs updating, plus the mattress was years old and no support .Carpet stunk after rain

Location on the river was nice. Rooms have most things you need without having to leave

Pool area had a lot of duck poo and blow up platform for kids wasnt working

The location is amazing. Photo is 20 metres from our front door at dawn.
