The shower. As the head is located inside the spa, it is rather dangerous climbing out of the bath tub with a step down .Also, the water does splash everywhere n the floors get wet n slippery. The kitchenette hasn't got a sink for washing up. It is not ideal to wash cutlery at the bathroom sink. As a result, although there were cutlery n utensils provided, we did not use them.

It was quiet, and our room (villa) overlooked the lake. The spa was amazing, and the garden area was beautiful to walk around. The hosts had tealight candles next to the spa, which gave it a romantic touch.

Great location, whole resort has a very relaxing feel. Beautiful views. Villa we stayed in was lovely and really spacious. Spa was great addition to the room. Like the contact less checkin and thoughtfulness of providing directions etc in the folder.

Villa was a bit dated but still comfortable.

Everything about the property. Peaceful. Birds etc.

Being out of town the taxi fare to dinner and back was expensive. Flagfall, booking fee plus some other fee meant $10.50 before starting. More than $54.00 return. Rip-off. The area needs an uber.

Peaceful & the lake watching the bird life, we saw 2 twany frog mouths sitting in one of the trees, outside our villa, just minding there business…which was a precious moment to watch…as well as the view, especially at night with the lights on the bridges & our balcony…..so relaxing… the villas are gorgeous.

Gorgeous setting, grounds were lovely. Love that leisure equipment provided ie tennis request, balls, bikes etc free for use at any time. Also free games room, no deposits required.

Need some maintenance, all the timbers warped and sun damaged. Doors warped and noisy, difficult to open and close. And decking boards downright dangerous. Nails sticking up and boards all warped and uneven, felt very unsafe to walk on and made sitting out there difficult as chair legs couldn’t sit flat on uneven damaged boards.

Pools tennis court nice grounds and comfortable villa

The pool was tremendous and the location was good.

Ceiling fan was noisy and the coffee maker didnt work.There was a lot of work to be done on external woodwork due to weathering which had warped windows and floorboards.

location is very good. only a short drive into moama. rooms are veery clean and comfortable.

had trouble lighting the bbq however. the gas dials just turned 360 degrees. I think they need replacing. you couldn't tell if the gas was going thru the burners. very difficult to light. this could be a bit dangerous.

Nice and quiet yet close to amenities such as RSL club and MOAMA Echuca towns or across the road from the Murray River

loved fishing off the deck, caught a massive carp! put it back in as per park rules, also put in a yabby net and caught some beauties! loved the villa, the pool, playground was great for my grandbabies, it was our 3rd stay - best place ever for couples and for families - the kids love it there!!

We stayed in cabin 11 overlooking the lake, the accommodation was amazing having everything we needed and more a home away from home, the grounds were brilliantly maintained and a pleasure to walk amongst. Shuttle buses were available to take you to different venues, staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful. You can even take your four legged family member with you... we definitely will be returning customers...

The setting and tranquility were first class

Small things are beginning to show up.. the room and balcony we had with a fabulous lake from our balcony has become a little shabby-ie. timber broken on rail, blind in front door broken slats, light in the room poor.

Birdlife on the lagoon

No fly screens on the doors. Rotting timbers on the balcony railings. Doing washing up in a bucket is not resort standard

The villa was right of lagoon, the views and wildlife was great to watch while sitting on deck. The resort was so quiiet but close to town. Good size and comfortable, we stayed 4 nights. Well kept grounds.

The one bedroom villa with spa overlooking the lake was lovely. The perfect size for 2 people. The spa was a great size to enjoy a soak with the provided bath salts. The bed was a little firm for me however my partner thought it was great. This accomodation is in a great location if you have a car. It is only a couple minutes drive to Rich River Golf Club if you are planning to play golf.

The kitchen was a good size however it did lack kitchen equipment. If you are planning to cook on the stovetop, the accomodation only provided 1 small saucepan and fry pan. The saucepan wasn't big enough to cook pasta for 2 people. The accomodation also didn't provide any microwave proof dishes. If you are planning to cook you might want to through in some kitchen equipment if you have room in your car.

The villa was peaceful,quiet and very private. The lakes residents were great to feed and the views very pleasant. All round and lovely stay. Would highly recommend for a long or short stay. Thank you ?

The outdoor deck is getting pretty tired, the decking boards need to be replaced.
