Clean rooms comfortable bed

Bathroom needs an update

Clean and comfortable room. Good value for money for an overnight stay.

The location was a little out of the town centre so not easily walkable to the main street if this is important. The building and grounds looks in need of some maintenance although the room interiors were great.

Friendly check in, clean and comfortable room, parking right outside the room. Very happy with our stay here.

Struggled with what can only be described as an angry shower. From freezing cold to scolding hot within seconds. Apart from that, we couldn't fault this room.

Good bed, very friendly ladies T reception.

Room was a great size, very comfortable bed. Bathroom was modern.

Lynn was so friendly. We arrived later than planned and she stayed back to meet us. She was apologetic that we couldn’t park directly in front of our room, and thoughtful in letting us know there would be some guests arriving in a neighbouring room quite late. You could see her attention to detail in the room itself - the decor was modest, so what you’d expect for a budget motel, but it was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean beds. Spare blankets in the cupboard. Good hot shower. Plenty of towels, toiletries, even makeup remover. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits. And when we ran into Lynn the next morning so was so genuinely concerned with whether we’d had a good sleep and how the children slept overnight. Better and friendlier customer service than I’ve had in some 4 and 5 star hotels.

At the time, the property couldn’t provide a Portacot, because a precious guest had broken theirs. Lynn was very apologetic.

Clean comfortable room with new bathroom and carpets etc. lovely friendly and helpful staff. Large screen TV connected to WiFi.

No dislikesThe huge bed was one of the best and most comfortable we have experienced in all our many travels is Australia and overseas.This came as a complete surprise.The lady who welcomed us was extremely competent, helpful and friendly

Very nice room with a very comfortable bed.

A piece of the flooring edging was risen and a tripping hazard.

Staff was friendly and polite. The room was neat and tidy and fit us all in. Parking was good.

Feral neighbours in nearby room swearing and talking loud at night but I guess that’s not the motels fault. Bed is jammed up against the window wall given the room is pretty spacious it could be moved over to bd more easily accessible

Comfortable beds. Clean sheets and room. A quiet location. This was perfect for a 1-night stop on our return trip to Canberra. The lady at the reception was very helpful.

The pool was closed and did not look maintained. We were planning to arrive just after 9pm but reception advised us check-in was until 9pm only.

Location was great, room was very clean.

Pool was green and unusable. It was a 40 degree day and we had booked here as it had a pool so the kids could cool off when we got into town before our evening plans kicked off. Still paid the same price minus the use of all facilities. We were told to go to the river or the local pool, not offered a partial refund or anything. S

The motel is extremely run down. The pool was green so we couldn’t have a swim and the bed wasn’t made when we arrived
