MILLICENT MOTEL

Everything was excellent - eg, great bed, great covers, great shower, great situation, great optional daily cleaning, quiet.

Friendly staff, comfortable room with everything supplied. Great internet connection & wi-fi.

The toilet was toi low ( American toilet apparently). Had to take my mum to local public toilets or Tourist Info centre once a day for bowel movements. There was a disability room acailable but we wanted two beds andvit inly had one. A bit hard to share a bed with a disabled person -perhsps chsnge arrangement to two single beds then we could have stayed there:)

Comfortable and clean . In a quiet location with all the usual amenities.

Great stop off place and well located. Pet friendly and easy check in process with friendly staff.

Great motel- clean, comfortable, plenty of space, friendly and helpful staff - much better than must!

Location was good and convenient to our dogs shows. We supplied our own breakfast as we had to be at the dogs shows very early in the morning. Was even better that we were able to have a pet friendly room.

Convenient, bed was comfortable and staff friendly

Well laid out disabled suite, all rooms have quiet split system A/C AWAY from main highway makes location EXCELLENT. Pleny of room at the rear to park trailer/caravan. The room is nicely furnished, clean and tidy ELEC Blankets are such a rarity today instant hot water with good pressure Free Wifi quite reasonable speed. Host and Hostess Extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again.

Need a seal around the door, lets in lots of cold air :) Nothing else.

We were lucky to find a pet friendly room for an overnight stay. To our surprise, the room was a lovely little studio with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette & Living room. It was all super clean and fresh, the queen bed extra comfy, fab linen & the kitchen set with all we needed. Our beautiful dog loved his stay too.The motel with its quirky retro signage is a credit to the owners.

we were harassed by the property manger and asked to use a substandard room

the asian lady at the reception tried to cheat and allocated other substandard room to us which was no where near to the room that we booked originally. She argued that this room is sufficient to cater to the need of your family, you are just 4 people and you should use this room. She rejected our point that this is not the room that we booked. Being tired after a long traveling we didnt have any option, couldnt use the bathroom of that room till this issue is sorted and we had to wait for around an hour and involved booking.com team to sort out the mess. Post booking.com teams involvement we were given the correct room. This was very frustrating experience for us.

Location , and good for value spent

Too outdated. Really needs to do some renovations to compete with other motels

The property was basic, super clean and close to where we needed to be. Excellent value.

Clean and comfortable, great air conditioning, nice solid double brick. Well worth the stay.

Clean and well maintained.

Height of toilet suitable for children not adults

A good old fashioned motel, park outside the room, all facilities, lounge chair a bonus, short drive or long walk into town.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was very clean and comfortable. We had a pet-friendly room with a kitchenette, good sized lounge with good TV, bedroom and bathroom. It was quiet and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We would happily stay there again.

Very comfortable. Close to town. Very nice reception.

Very. Clean and tidy but could do with new curtains and touch ups here and there on outside to make it appealing

Neads sprucing up outside to make it more classy face lift paint etc
