Naracoorte Hotel Motel

Comfortable, very convenient. Very helpful staff who could not have done more for us after arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances. Very appreciative at the end of a long day of travel

Close to town & the restaurant.

Couldn’t open the window for fresh air.

Good

Noise from other apartments , TV , People etc.

The staff were excellent. Location was good. Soundproofing was good. Food in the restaurant was lovely and there was a good atmosphere. It was very good value for money.

The kitchen and shower room set up was a bit cramped. Fine if you are a single traveller.

Very clean good meal friendly staff.

It was character building

Bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned. Damaged and dirty walls. Bathroom and kitchen sink were the same. Drinking water tasted disgusting

All was good, staff, accommodation, food and drink.

Location and pub meal was excellent. Refreshed decor. Parking on site was a bonus. Best pub meals at the restaurant.

Music playing in pub over night. Single beds move too much.

Meh

No hot water I was offered a refund and a voucher but I never received it

Great location right in centre of town, great vibe in the pub and great meals. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can't fault

breakfast not required

no hot water for the 4 or 5 and no plug to fill the hand basinOne night's free accommodation offered to compensate and neither booking.com or hotel has honored the refund

great location

we had no hot water the water colour was like coffee apparently the hot water system crashed and we were told that we will get a refund but after so many calls we are still waiting

The location was good. The town’s facilities and shops were nearby and within walking distance of our room. The venue is a hotel/motel so the hotel’s facilities, its bars and meals areas, were close by and handy. The food was very good and served in a family friendly dining room. The dining room’s outdoor dining is equipped with play equipment for children.

The layout and set~up of the toilet and kitchen. The kitchen sink also served as the wash hand basin for the toilet. Not ideal.

Loved it here.

There was no hot water which we were advised of beforehand due to repairs which was out of their control and this was understandable but I was told to contact booking.com for a $50 discount which I did and I have not heard from either booking.com or Naracoorte Hotel Motel.

Good location

There was music playing from the hotel that went all night. I think someone forgot to turn it off

Great food and accommodation

Pub manager was inattentive

The location is great

The bed was clean. The room was quite dirty

It was quiet and staff were very good

No milk in the room

Room is clean, great staff, restaurant is amazing love the kids menu with steak option not just nuggets and chips

Toilet is a bit small

Clean and comfortable and convenient to town

Broken back on the only chair. No table.1 knife, 3 forks, 1 spoon!
