Pros +
- Location was excellent, right on the beachfront Good hot water for the showers.
- Location
- The view from the sea view cabins is unreal. Loved having the table on the verandah and one on the lawn too. The park has a lovely chilled vibe about it. Definitely glad we picked it over any of the other parks.
Cons -
- The cost is too much for what you get. Overvalued. The bathroom is too small, taps too stiff on and off,
- It was advertised as free wifi. When we arrived there was no wifi. We called after hours person. He was quite abrupt and said it is broken. I asked the reception next day and she said it is broken for months. I said it is false advertising. Additionally TV was so old and didn’t have proper signals to watch any channels. It was glitching. The furniture particularly couch was so old and looked uncleaned. The unit itself was very old and need refurbished.
- The units could do with a bit of a revamp, the couches and bedding is old

Sea front ok
Too old full Dusty, not secure. Door locks on back door not working, bloodish smell. Aircon not giving coolling
Close to the beach and had two bedrooms
No wifi
The view
We had to clean the BBQ (gas bottle so rusted is hazard), mugs were dirty and the frypan had to be scrubbed. Bedside tables were sticky. Lacked dishwashing liquid and plates and cutlery mismatched and barely adequate. Toilet door was filthy. needs a deep clean and a few nice cushions and some decent cooking saucepans and frypan .Outside bench table rusty. Shower almost unusable -so strong it hurt!!!
Quiet, and beautiful location. Staff inviting and friendly
Mold in shower, stained toilet, nowhere to hang wet towels. lack of power points, had to move microwave out to plug in toaster or jug.
Good value for money and proximity to Emu beach.
The accomodation is very basic with the bunk beds having foam mattresses, rather than an actual mattress. Some things could do with a refresh or repair, everything feels very dated. Don’t mind simple and basic, but this feels quite aged. Fridge and stove worked great though. Staff were not very friendly on check in.
Location, location, location. Quiet surrounds, very close to the beaches
Needs an urgent upgrade, particularly the bathroom. Furniture needs a thorough clean and dining chairs repaired
We stayed for 5 nights in a 2-bed, beach front chalet (No.7) and loved it. I understand this is a newer chalet. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely recommend. The beds were so comfortable and the linen and blankets clean and plentiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the stove and oven. We also used the BBQ on the front deck. Loved having a drink overlooking the ocean.
The shower had mould throughout. I went and bought mould-remover spray and it was gone in a day.
Great location, nice and quiet, simple, neat, and clean. All the basic amenities covered.
The location fantastic 5min beach frontThe cabin facilities need up grade Bed was good
The fact was the caravan park was looking very tired and needed a up lifting
Great location
Very small chalets . Very old barbecues . Chalet was not clean , still had previous travellers towels in the bathroom . Overall the chalet was not clean
Location
Not clean terrible maintenance dangerous hotwater
Like the view, the location was beautiful
No wifi, the first 24 hours of wifi was free but after that had to pay. And the wifi wasn't simple to connect too ? very confusing, so didn't connect at all lovely on nice days but when it rained heavy nothing like wifi and a nice shower, the shower pressure was poor and the oven was old need updating, the view and location made it a 7 for me, with beautiful blankets and a comfortable bed so some pros and cons. Wouldn't be my first option next time though question is did it meet my expectations well yes and no ?
Great location with a beautiful view.
Bed and couch very uncomfortable. The ceiling fans need a clean.
Great view from the ocean front villa, Middleton beach is amazing.
The villa is showing signs of wear, could do with a makeover.
Nice clean little unit on beach front. Had all we needed for our stay.
But outdated, shower curtain was too short so water sprays everywhere
Great location. Staff were quick to answer any questions and very accommodating with outside of hours needs. Will definitely stay again.
Beautiful location
A pretty tired old caravan park but brings back my memories of enjoyment there 30 years ago. Fully equipped kitchen……but no bread knife, and the lighter for the gas stove wasn’t working. Thanks to the neighbours for helping out with one that worked.
