    Pros +

    • Very comfortable, well-equipped bungalows! Good-quality bedding and very welcoming staff. The campsite is ideally located for exploring the region.
    • Location was great, and it is really peaceful. Great place for a family to opt. My kids loved to play in the swimming pool and bouncing trampoline. Thanks
    • We were only in Albany for the night but the room was very large, with a separate bedroom for our adult son. There was a very nice deck attached to the room with an outdoor setting that we used.

    Cons -

    • Cleanliness could be improved for “comfort” bungalows, even though it remains acceptable.A colander was missing for cooking pasta and rice. Finally, at that price, I think guests should at least have access to a washing machine free of charge.
    • You need a car to get into town
    • On the second night of my stay I heard knocking at the door around 5pm and someone demanding I open the door, saying that they know I'm inside and they needed to verify some information (i had already spoke to staff over the phone early that morning) i felt unsettled so I woke my baby to enquire at reception but they were closed so I rang the afterhours number who said he couldn't help as he knew nothing about it. I returned to my room between 9.30pm - 10.00pm and minutes later I heard footsteps and looked out the window to see the man who was at my door earlier walking up the path that leads to my room and then turned back around and walked off. I was very uncomfortable and for peace of mind booked alternative accommodation elsewhere for that night and returned the following morning to collect my belongings. Upon checking out, I mentioned my concerns hoping for clarification and was told that it was the park manager but no explanation as to what they wanted to verify or why he was walking around my room late at night.

It was located well and fairly quiet.

No wifi and having almost free to air channels. It rained a lot so with no decent tv it was a grind. Plus couldn’t connect to wifi either. I also thought it was overpriced

Location was great for our stay. Friendly staff and a comfortable unit. We decided to stay an extra night to explore some more of Albany and they were able to accomodate us in the same unit. We loved the Indian Restaurant across the road. Food was delightful.

Bathroom was a little dated and there was a little bit too much mould in the shower unit.

    8AzniPosted on: 9-22-2025

I love the unit and the amenities provides

Only one unit of heater available at the living area. It was quite chill in the bedroom despite the additional blanket. The pillow can be better

Great for purpose of our trip, great location, good facilities.

Bed a bit firm and worn in places with small bumps ( hip level) but ok. Don’t like sheets on doona it makes it too hard to get in and out of bed and keep everything in place throughout the night, prefer a doona cover.

Good location. A couple of minutes' drive into the town centre. Easy check-in, check-out. The staff was friendly. Budget-friendly price for solo or a couple travelling with their pet.

We were there during severe winter weather - hail and heavy cold rain. The cabin didn't feel particularly snug. The AC heating didn't seem to work. The fan was working, but there was no warm air coming out. Wifi was pretty much useless, and we had to use our mobile hotspot the entire time.

All is well except the heater..

Brilliant. Spacious comfortable and clean. Beautiful park.

    8NigelPosted on: 7-3-2025

    Great location, quiet and comfortable

A bit light on with the crockery and cutlery. Bathroom could use some new tap washers

    8JenniferPosted on: 4-28-2025

Awesome holiday park in the town, good facilities for the kids pool, jumping pillow, playground. Lots of room inbetween sites, loved that there were so many trees and grass. Camp kitchen was excellent with bbq, pizza ovens, big burners, big tv and plenty of table and chairs

Bit stingy with the washing detergent and a cleaning spray would have been nice for clean ups.

    5RishabhPosted on: 4-28-2025

Location of the property was nice

No heaters, just one aircon in common area, no extra blankets/quilts, no hand wash, was not cleaned properly, dogs hairs were there wherever we swept in houseOne bedroom lights were not working, and it is too small for 4 people. The bunk beds in the room are too high and dangerous as close to the ceiling light.

    8AnnettePosted on: 4-28-2025

atmosphere, Facilities and staff. Outdoor cooking facility is great

Bed could be a little bigger and more comfortable.

    3SvetlanaPosted on: 4-26-2025

    Nice staff

Outdated, no wifi connection, no cleaners for 3 days

    9RosemariePosted on: 4-25-2025

The bedroom Chalets were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Big space for our group, and self contained. Complete with all the amenities for cooking, it's like a home away from home. We love it❤️

Nothing to dis like really, but just for booking purposes next time, 5 person can stay in the 2 bedroom chalets as it has double deck bed and a single bed in 1room.

    9RosemariePosted on: 4-25-2025

We booked 2 studio cabin and 1, 2bedroom chalets for our group last Easter Weekend. We love the 2 bedroom chalets as it's exceptionally new, modern design, clean and spacious for 4 person.

Just need a small light in the room for sleeping

    10KristelPosted on: 4-25-2025

Close to everything. The cabin was nice and clean and the staff were easy to deal with. We’ll stay here again for sure

    Nothing. Everything was great.

Close to town and friendly staffs

A little old but to be expected for regional area
