Villa was lovely and clean and very spacious for a family

The gardens, the privacy, the great stuff for kids

Children all over the road on bikes not looking for cars at all or moving off the road when there were cars

The location was great, chalet was clean and comfortable, the park had great facilities.

Loved the splash water park - kids had a blast. Small Cleanliness issue which we reported on CKO as it wasn't directly affecting our stay.

We were in a family apartment with small, sometimes noisy children which was joined to an apartment which had older guests occupying it so we were always on edge about the noise our children may make. The apartment flyscreen door didn't close very quietly either so we had to be very mindful of that when the kids entered/left the apartment. Luckily no complaints from neighbours

Really great facilities with the waterpark, playground, and multiple bouncy pillows. Lovely staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was so small as with the breroom 1 no room around the bed, looks like you turned a 1 bed into 2 beed studio

Kids have fun so much inside BIG4. The location was pretty good as near the beach and town.

The bathroom fan wasn't working well.

This park was amazing, a great place to stay especially for families with the water park, jumping pillow and mini golf. They even had a theatre room so entertainment was definitely taken care of. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Apart from noisy neighbours that moved in there was no complaints.

The room did have fishy smell when we arrived ,but soon went away when we opened up the windows and did not continue

Iv been coming for years cause it’s always great!! We stayed in the new delux villas and will only book that now it’s sooo nice and sooo much space ? there’s sooo much to do for the kids, with the water park, bouncing pillows, a big playground that’s good for any age and the beach is over the hill! The staff are nice and help you out if you need. We have stayed in many of the different cabins around the site and would tell anyone to stay as there’s something for everyone!!

awful, we booked other accomodation in Albany and left forfeiting our fees, thus we paid double.

very disappointing, a grotty, dark chalet.

Staff are great, the chalet was perfect and clean. Location is a perfect walk to the beach for fishing or a walk. Emu point restaurant is close by for a meal or an ice cream. Driving to the shop or town is usually no more than 15 minutes.Entertainment room is usable and the front office has the basic supplies and bait for the fisherman. Most mornings they have a coffee truck stop by so that works too.. Great outside patio on the chalet.

Its not about like or better its about safety, kids kids and more kids. It was school holidays which is understood but driving can be stressful. The kids don't respect cars and the parents seem to think it is a complete safe zone. Some kids have helmets others don't and they are flying around on scooters and running everywhere right up to 10pm curfew. I love it for the kids but eventually some one is going to get hurt, more signs or better education to parents, not really sure what the answer is but keep your head on a swivel. Good times

The park's stunning landscape was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. Nestled among native trees and overlooking a picturesque seashore, the park offered breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. But what really impressed us was the wide range of activities and facilities on offer. The facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our stay.

We were there on a weekend with great weather and had so much fun with the water park - my three year old loved the slides and we had non stop play! The gardens were also immaculate and brimming with birds, it was lovely.

The cabin that I stayed in was right next to the children’s playground. This was very noisy at night as children were there until 10-11pm at night.

Kids were busy nonstop, good break by the beach

Home didn’t have much, very sparse kitchen, had to buy a lot of basic needs

The property was well kept and clean. Many kids facilities available - water park, jumping pillow, indoor playground, table tennis and pool etc.

I should have booked a bigger room, as the one we stayed in was too small for my liking. No wifi connection within the rooms, could get a weak wifi connection outside the room.
