Mouldy ceiling & dirty carpet

Property was basic but what you’d expect for the cost. Facilities were clean.

Be very careful to ensure you lock all windows and doors and don’t leave valuables in your room. We had someone try to enter via an unlocked window while my wife was alone in the room. Very scary and response from the management was somewhat disappointing.

A very comfortable room, close to town and easily accessible.

Bed mattress must be replaced, it was too old. Bed was moving because of wheels, should be locked

A fair distance out of the City Centre, no meal facilities close by.

This older style motel had large quiet comfortable room, good bench space for opening luggage, plenty of bathroom space including wide bench to accommodate toiletry bags, retractable line for hanging smalls in shower, plenty of hot water with very controllable taps; well stocked kitchenette including toaster, electric jug and microwave plus adequate crockery and cutlery. Easy access and good parking and great location just below Mt Melville with shops and take -away within less than a kilometre.

It was all very good and great value.

My Son went for a rugby tournament. I didn't go so his older sister and girlfriend took him. They said it was clean and beds were comfy. The location was great close to shops and where he was playing. They have never been to Albany so I made sure they were close to everything they needed.

They had nothing bad to say except there was only a microwave and they said it would have been nice to have an electric pan to cook meals.

Checking out and leaving. Glad we only booked for 1 night. Marginally better than sleeping in the gutter.

2 "bedroom" unit actually has 1 bedroom. Turns out the other "bedroom" is in the main room with the kitchenette, TV and couch etc. The intentionally deceptive photos hide this. The bed was slightly softer than the floor and if the couch had of been a bit bigger I would have slept on it instead. $249 for 1 night poorly spent. Noisy air con unit, flashing clock radio beside bed that cannot be turned off, painfully slow wifi and the shower/curtain design ensures the entire bathroom floor will be flooded.

There was minimal noise of any sort. Beds were very comfortable. Reception staff were excellent and friendly

Comfortable, economical motel in a good location. Lots of armchairs and tables. Comfortable bed.

People from second bedroom had to walk through first bedroom to access the bathroom, but can't really complain as the price was very reasonable.

Large comfortable room. Convenient location. Free laundry facilities was an added bonus.

Bed was comfy apart from the sheets which felt like plastic.

the room was clean and well presented to make for a comfortable overnight stay. A big thank you to staff member Amber for quickly and cheerfully resolving an issue with the air conditioning!

We have stayed here on several occasions and as always, found the comfort, cleanliness and location to be excellent.

Easy check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the price.

Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was the typical motel style but was clean and functional. Good range of plates and cutlery available as well as a bar fridge, toaster and kettle with a small milk provided each day.

Being an old establishment the carpets were pretty old and stained, but I wouldn't say they were necessarily dirty.

The location was great—just a short distance from shopping centers where we could get groceries and other essentials. It was also convenient for exploring the Albany area.

The staff at the reception was quite rude and unwelcoming during check-in. The room interior was outdated, and we could hear noise from adjacent rooms. Carpets and furnishings seemed old and worn out. Although clean, the bedding and amenities were not of high quality. Parking was also a concern as the space was very narrow and we constantly worried about our car getting scratched by others maneuvering their vehicles.

The rooms were big and comfortable, it was close to everything we needed.

The shower was in the bath and it was slippery when wet, but I can understand why it was like this with limited space in the bathrooms.

Clean, tidy and comfortable.Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Cutlery was mismatched.
