La chambre était spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Elle est situé tout près de la plage avec quelques restos aux alentours ainsi qu'une microbrasserie.

L'appartement était complètement parfait. Sur deux étages avec deux chambres et deux toilettes. Pour le prix c'est le mieux que nous avons eux en Australie. L'hôtel est tout près de la plage et de quelques bons restaurant ainsi qu'une bonne microbrasserie

Tout était parfait

QUIET! Oh my gosh, it was so peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly, very close to Middleton beach and eateries.

No warmth or character to the room. Very sterile. It did not lend itself to being relaxing.

Although petite, well contained. All amenities were provided

Not a villa. Gives a wrong expectation

Location was great. A block away from cafes & a few restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. Serene surrounding with many vacation rentals. Dolphin rental was right next to Pelican.Pelican is a tired facility with peeling cabinet laminates in its bathrooms. We were in units 4 & 5. Unit 5 has kleenex box, a standing fan & a working light at door entrance, all of which were missing in unit 4. We reported the light issue to the reception but npthing was done.There is a laundromat in its premise, which charges A$4 for wash & A$4 for dryer. Only $1 coins are accepted.On the plus side, towels & bed linens were clean. We did not cook & were glad we didn't have to.

Facility is too tired. Inconsistency in ammenities in its units.

Friendly helpful staff and awesome location near the beach and short drive to town. Good kitchen set up with everything we needed. Laundry useful but $4 a load per wash and $4 to dry. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Loved the separation with 1 room downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Just didn’t like how loud the water was downstairs when someone had a shower upstairs. So loud! Everything else was fantastic!

Great location, and we liked that the bathroom had a good shower.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location was very close to the Middleton Beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundromat is available at the accommodation but remember to have dollar coins on you.

Toilets were in good condition but a little old.

The pillows did not match the comfort of the new beds , plus there no extra pillows. We stayed in one bedroom, I think should had extra lounge chair .

Middleton Beach is a great location, walking distance to the beach, coffee shop, fish & chips, ice-cream shop and a small bar.

The Check-in and check-out process was easy. The Villa was clean and tidy Low Noise

Parking although we had our own parking bay it was extremely tight and had ti navigate around other vehicle to get to the parking.

Nice cozy apartment, terrific staff and a nice ambience to the area.

Strong urine smell in both toilets, dishwasher didn’t complete cycle, and upgrade didn’t include washing machine that we would of had with original Villa booking - staff did provide $8 to use general shared laundry after we advised of this

Close to Middleton Beach and only about 8 minutes drive from main street Albany. Spacious, Very comfortable bed and pillows, very clean. Quiet. Kitchen Equipment OK. View over garden and entry nice.

The 17 stairs to get to our apartment! (That was a surprise).
