Great location and very quite. well appointed room

There is no way this is a four-star. We have stayed at other four star in the neighborhood and this does not measure up it's an old motel with a few upgrades

Easy access, helpful staff, well kept room.

Room was spacious enough for two people and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and plenty. Close to shops.

The window in our room was jammed, so we couldn't open it. There was also no privacy blind, which meant if the curtain was open, anyone could see right in which meant the blinds were left drawn most of the time for privacy but then there was no natural light. The lights were fluorescent and very harsh, some warmer lighting would make a huge difference. The room, though it was clean, smelled strongly of bleach/cleaning product which made the first night unpleasant due to the strong chemical smell, made worse by the fact we couldn't open the window.

Very convenient location and the facilities are clean. Very nice food for breakfast.

Wish there is a unit with pantry kitchen.

Pleasent Staff and Manager , cleaning staff also polite.Bonus free coffee machine use.Bedding and Pillows wow ? most comfortable stay , we will be back definitely.

The bathroom was nice and clean, which I appreciated.

However, the building is quite old and our room faced the main road, making it rather noisy. There was also a moldy smell in the cupboards, and overall the place felt more like a motel than a hotel. It was acceptable for a short stay of two nights, as long as you don’t expect too much.

The car parks are small and people still smoked cigarettes etc even though it’s a non smoking complex

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy, convenient parking out the front of the room as well. We loved our stay and will be returning.

There was nowhere to fill up our drink bottles in the room, but we had no other issues.

The $20 breakfast was a disappointment. The bacon was undercooked and cold (already from the moment it was served) and the remainder of the food was average. The breakfast was served late.

Nice spot, Easy check in and out. Good parking. Felt secure. Room and bathroom, while older, was fine and had nice amenities/toiletries etc.

I stayed four nights and on the third day I put the sign on the door asking to clean the room. It wasn't done. So four nights with no cleaning or change of sheets/towels/cutlery or bin emptying. Not ideal.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Received free upgrade from Standard Queen to Deluxe King. TV/entertainment in the room was excellent and streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Stan) were available.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was close to town, having the option for breakfast was convenient.

Room a bit tired and in need of some tlc.

Bed are comfortable, location easy to get to. Plenty of parking, though often parking bay in front of room used by other guests.

The cleanliness can be improved, maybe provide dishwashing liquid etc for washing cups, plates. The bathrooms getting bit old, needs renovation, ie likely new shower curtains. The bathroom lighting can be improved, in the shower can be bit dark. A brighter shower screen/clear will help, unless want to put more lighting.

Staff were friendly and helpful at checkin and out.

Bathroom grouting could have been in better condition.
