Lilacs Waterfront Villas & Cottages

A great peaceful location, close to Albany but not too close. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we required for a lovely getaway. Our cottage overlooked the lawn and the water which was beautiful.

Our fridge had a mind of its own fluctuating from cold to not cold so we used our esky with our freezer blocks we froze in the excellent freezer. Although this was an inconvenience everything else was so lovely that we didn't mind. We would definitely stay here again but would recommend a new fridge for this cottage.

We absolutely love Lilacs cottages, well maintained, clean and comfortable. We are a group of windsurfers and the best is the grass area for rigging our gear! We will be back many more times! Thank you Steve and team. ❤️

The fly screen door could be upgraded so it locks.Gutters need a decent cleanThe Fridge wasn’t cold enough. Yes I did turn it right up to the maximum, but only kept things slightly cold.

Very disappointed with the room. The pictures taken of it were not accurate. There was no privacy for the bathroom. No door to it. The place wasn’t clean. Spoilt our holiday

Great location, comfortable beds and awesome shower! The view is great being right on the foreshore.

We had the cottage closest to the waterfront, which was very nice: beautiful view and good privacy. There is a small playground for kids just in front and a shared barbecue.

The dishes and bathroom were not very clean. No staff to welcome you: it was not a problem as the explanations were clear but it is not very warmhearted and we cannot get any recommendations for places nearby.

Nice and cosy place with views and walk along Frenchman's Bay, Bed was very comfortable with a small living room area, sofa, TV and unit has multiple power points around, Bathroom has sink set up which was a bit strange at first but does the job, Good water pressure in shower, Look forward to coming "home" after sightseeing as is cosy

The view was good, good place to lay low and relax. The rooms were decent sized, comfy lounge space. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook. Had TV and Wifi.

A bit steep on the price compared to facilities, staff works offsite as well.

The position is perfect. We like being able to see the sea from the cottage deck.

There is no reception anymore( this is to save money not for our protection as most places have a person still), and our UK phone would not connect to phone number provided. Some crockery dirty on arrival. Mouse in kitchen area, unsurprised as place not well cleaned ?. We stayed here several years ago and nothing done to improve, looks shabby now for the price. Very little storage space and bath should be removed and the area down a dangerous step remodelled, maybe with storage. Then put in a new shower without the old dirty curtain in the real bathroom.

This place is a 5 star place on a 2 star budget!! The location and views are incredible. If your looking to windsurf or just have a cozy quite holiday this place is the place I love it 10/10 from me

Nothing to not like

Views of water and being close to town to go in for sunset dinner and close to the best beaches!

The location is good, close to the lake

The bed sheets were not clean, have some hairs. Clean the bin was acceptable, but sweeping the floor was too much.

Great location, close to all the main attractions in Albany. Villa was clean, inside was newish. Beds were clean. Had no complaints with the Villa. Great spot to go crabbing in the bay.

Villas didnt look to great from the outside. Gardens could have been tidied up. Lots of leaves and debris in the carpark and garden.

The walls are paper thin. The house next door were having a party until 11pm with a door constantly banging and people talking loudly outside our property.
