Emu Point Motel

We have stayed at the EPM several times and always return when we visit Albany. The rooms are always immaculate with lovely clean white linen and towels, nice hot showers, crockery, etc, microwave and mini oven, all very convenient for meal preparation.

We can't fault these premises.

Very close to Middleton Beach and easy access and parking. Great customer care at the reception and friendly staff overall.

Everything, from easy checkin-checkout. The room was very clean and had everything we needed,including a large fridge. Staff were really friendly. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had everything we required for our stay as we were there for 13 days. Laundry facilities and Kitchen set up had everything you need.

We should of requested our room be serviced a bit more as we only asked twice. However the second time I asked they said they were very busy and may not be able to do it so I asked if they could at least swap over our towels (which they did)The hot water pipes were very noisy every time we turned the shower on and off.

Bigger than expected. Great size. Was cold weather on arrival and heating was already on for us. Soo lovely ☺️

Great location . Old style room but very clean and good parking for your car

The smaller bed was too small. Wished there was a sofa in our room. The staff were friendly. Room was clean. For three people I was quite surprised to see the accommodation only provided a tiny body wash which is simply not enough.

The 2 big beds, kitchen facilities

No floor mats for inside to keep floor dry. It had been raining during our stay and hard to keep floor dry

Everything you need is provided. Great communication. Very quiet location close to beach and lovely cafe.

i did not take breakfast . and no one tell us about that ?

we stay 3 person in room 10 . that single bed is removing becuse there tyre is not lock.. and the bed dont have lock tyre ..

Great location, quiet and walk to beach.Old facilities but neat, tidy and clean.

Shower went everywhere over bathroom floor and terrible shower head.Millipede infestation coming under the door wasn't pleasant.

Superb location. Staff very accommodating with information on local points of interest. Very impressed with the facilities in the room. Cleanliness unfaultable.

- walking distance to beach- 10 minute drive to Albany - quiet, clean - comfortable bed- not luxorious but big room with everything whats needed; fridge, freezer, big table, tv, internet, .. - very friendly staff

Comfortable and clean. Ideal location and value for money.

Jug tripped electricity

Comfy bed, spacious and warm shower. The cooking setup was really handy with a single electric stove top, toaster oven, toaster, and microwave, plus everything you need to cook simple meals. The room has a small dining table and chairs, too. Free coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and biscuits. Loved the location - quiet. Very close to the beach (the walk to Middleton Beach along the sand is awesome on a nice day!) and a short walk to the inlet, where you can swim, fish, or grab a coffee. Around 10-15 minutes to drive into Albany.

My only suggestion would be a full-length mirror - but perhaps there was one in the cupboard that I didn't see.
