Location and affordability

No heating , room was cold

Quiet , Bed comfortable clean room

Pool not well heated cold actually Hot tub would not come onNo one there to fix it

The room was ok, but there was signs of a very quick clean, dust on toilet cistern for example, The bed was terrible, certainly time for them to be upgraded.

The bed

The staff were super friendly and the room was cosy and comfortable. The spa was lovely and warm. The shower was exceptional!

Couldn't really walk into town. Was close enough to drive but no cafes close by that I could see

Host was very friendly and helpful. Great place for a short to medium budget stay ??

Property is dated but tidy and comfortable.

The room is very basic, bedsheets aren’t very clean. Very pricey for a small room.

Accessibility to Barbecue.

The eggs and bacon breakfast was included in the free breakfast. The cleaner did not cleaned the room on the 2nd day of our stay.

Very helpful staff, easy check in and check out (we had a late check in and an early check out - both were very simple).Rooms were fairly dated in terms of décor, but clean and comfortable. Which was all we needed for our stay. Beds were quite firm but comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We stayed in a large family room which had a sliding door between main bed and single beds, this was great for us.

Unfortunately the guests staying near us were workers who started work before 5am and were not particularly considerate with keeping their voices low, and idled their trucks before driving away. Not the fault of the accommodation of course - but maybe provides insight into how well sound travels into the rooms?Should note that as this is on Albany Highway there is a lot of passing traffic, and we stayed in a room on the side nearest the road - this didn't bother us but if you are sensitive to road noise at night might be worth requesting a room furthest from the road.Parking area out front of rooms is a bit fiddly/small for longer or larger vehicles (the larger truck bays were in use during our stay) so take this into account if you have a bigger vehicle.

Very disappointing and annoying. Very poor attitude from the manager. Do NOT stay here.

Motel is advertised as having a restaurant. BUT it is not open in the evenings. This forced us to take a taxi into town, then another one back to the motel whenever we wanted to dine. I complained to manager who just shrugged her shoulders and said the restaurant is open for breakfasts only, and if I was unhappy, I should take it up with Bookings.com. Our stay had been booked for a week, so this resulted in our staying just 2 nights, then finding another hotel. Manager didn't care about this and said that SHE would be paid by Bookings.com, regardless.The booking was a non-refundable one but as the facility of a restaurant was not available (although the motel's and Bookings.com webpages state that it IS available) I wrote to Bookings.com nearly two weeks ago, I have never received a reply. This is disgraceful. Our booking was made on the understanding that the restaurant was available, so we are the victims of false pretences. If the balance of our money is not received promptly, we shall be taking legal action against Bookings.com.

The room have everything we need. The continental breakfast was excellent. Nice and comfortable bed. Surprisingly in bathroom was shaving cream. Very impressive.

Head lamp was dusty. One hair on the toilet seat.

jacuzzi got a bit too much chlorine, made me cough and eyes water alot. turned it off after 5 ish seconds. other than that we loveddd everything else

vehicle parking did not accommodate larger type vehicles I had to park away from room

Close to town. Swimming pool is freezing cold water and the spa is warm water which can give you a influenza cold and sniffles.

Not enough shelf space for luggage. To highly priced for what Albany is and that's a very cold place with very little to offer people.

Comfy bed. Quiet room. Kitchenette was reasonably equipped. Nice staff.

Last minute Booking.com reservation meant i paid a massively over inflated cost of $865 for 2nights - ouch! I was expecting a somewhat better standard of accommodation instead of the aged motel that accommodates Council road workers.

Not clean enough ie mirror was covered in thick dust,headboard had some sort of marks on it just needed spraying and wiping ,toilet door needed cleaning

It was clean and catered for everything you need

Nothing it was nice and quite and clean what’s not to like
