Bed was comfortable, Gym equipment very good

Breakfast lacked variety. 4 nights and Same food each day. Hotel a bit worn in places. Swimming pool indoors not very Hot. Spa wasn't working and took nearly a Full day to get it heated.Had an issue with our Room being serviced ..Not completed by 6.00 pm next day. Hotel Staff at Reception told me that they were Under staffed due to a Wedding function.That is Not my fault. Why not get extra staff in then ??

Friendly staff, awesome food.Room was spacious and clean.Spa bath in room was great.Enjoyed the choice of an indoor and outdoor pool.Kids playroom is awesome.

Spa pool was cold.

Vas very hot with the sun shining into the room all day. There was only air conditioning in one room so the other one was hot and hard to sleep in.

Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were terrible, rooms are very tired and rundown. Other guests were very noisy, tried to go to bar but was over crowded no room for a drink. Vending machines was faulty.

Room was spacious and sparkling clean. Heated bathroom floor and spa bath so clean it looked new. Big drinking glasses. Comfortable couch, outside unit parking and indoor heated pool plus useful exercise room. Stayed 3 extra nights it was so good.

Love pool, spa and staff helpful and friendly.

Loved the Bed

Had no toaster. No microwave . Had a smart TV and remote that showed Netflix but couldn't use my Netflix account no access

The beds were comfortable and we slept well once things settled. The car parking spaces are excellent and very convenient, which was a real positive during our stay.

When we arrived at around 3.30pm, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned or turned over. After being moved to a new room, the toilet still had marks from a previous guest and there were hairs in the shower, which was disappointing. We were also woken at around 3.30am by a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building. No staff came out to check on guests, there was no communication about the cause, and no apology afterwards.

Liked the fact our room backed onto the outside pool, tramp and playground. My kids are water rats and enjoyed the indoor pool and spa wen it started getting cold.Kids liked their bedroom because it had a TV in it for them to relax and not annoy mum and dad.Kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the friendly staff.

Only moan was 2 warmers out of action at the breakfast buffet, Kids were missing hash browns, baked beans/spaghetti but they loved the pancakes.Beds were a little hard but pillows were great.

This one was very large and spacious. It had several areas to explore, including play areas, a swimming pool, a gym, restaurant and a park.

The indoor pool, which was supposed to be heated, wasn't actually hot. And the hot tub water was quite cloudy. We had to wait quite a while to get into our room. The TV was quite old and still had a DVD player

Restaurant served good meals, good parking, good sized room

So good for kids. The kids played on the trampoline and playground and we used both pools as the weather was warm ish for the outdoor pool. Our room looked right out to the trampoline area which was great!

The spa wasn’t that hot It would be great if the kids could eat for a cheaper rate for breakfast as they don’t eat much at all.

Breakfast was not good - ran out of food. Not a good standard of food and not enough.

I've stayed here a couple of times over the past couple of months, rooms are always immaculate. This time the air conditioner did not work and it was very hot. That's my only complaint, staff are brilliant, beds are comfy.
