Pros +
- The room was well presented and large. the bedding and furniture were clean and in keeping with the style of the room. A slightly raised chair would have been helpful as the chairs were at normal height for an able body person but challenging for a disable person to get out of.
- Comfortable bed. Could do with an extractor fan in the bathroom. Not much room.A small cutting board would be useful.Spotlessly clean, thank you.
- Bed was soft and plush, pillows lovely and clean, the room it self "empire rose" had access to the garden of white roses outside, with. Cute little table and chairs. Air conditioning was nice and cool, which was perfect because it was so hot.
Cons -
- As a disabled person the shower was not user friendly. Having the shower handle above the wall seat made washing difficult especially when the water temperature varied whilst showering.
- The things that were not enjoyable was minuscule- ie didn't like the carpet in the hallway -_- which doesn't really actually matter to me because it wasn't the same.Maybe that there isn't any carparks to the room, but neither here nor there. Can't help that. And the carpet matches the overall aesthetic which kind of of old, Scottish, English luxury place.
- There was nothing we could fault or seek improvement

Out of all my years of traveling and check-ins, this was by far the most friendliest welcoming I've had. The room was excellent value and the lady was very accommodating to my two grandbabies aged 2 and 3. I will 100% return. Room was huge and comfortable i didn't want to leave.
The beds were super comfy, the shower was excellent, room was dark and it was very quite. Everything we like when staying away from home. Will be back again for sure.
Can't think of anything.
The room was fine and tidy. A little outdated but the bathroom looked new.We have stayed here previously but in a room with 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom room is far nicer than the one we had but it was sufficient for us.
It feels old and the main entrance area is large and under utilised so it gives the place a dated feeling. The price for the room, given its standard, was pricey once I’d compared it to a room at Copthorne and other accom around the area. However it was Nice enough and the price wasn’t extreme.
I was welcomed into a beautiful entrance lounge where a young boy with a gorgeous smile sat. His mother also came from her office and also greeted me with a beautiful smile and helped me get checked in. I was taken to the room we were staying for the night. All of the other rooms had doors open so we could see inside, I thought that was a nice touch for future stays. All of the furnishings were beautiful, I didn't see a space of dust, even the tv remote was clean.I stayed here 7 years ago it was nice then, and it's even more lovely now.Thank you for providing a safe space for families to stay and thank you for your genuine kindness ? I look forward to staying again
Very spacious and well equipped room with stylish furniture, felt very at home
Excellent amenities and comfortable bed. Bathroom shower was top notch.
Our room was upgraded on arrival. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Motel was nice and quiet, close to supermarkets, restaurants. Very clean and nicely renovated, really liked the horse theme. Would definitely return.
Had a cooked breakfast, egg white was not fully cooked, wouldn't put me off going again, but maybe have some cooking practice
Bed was comfortable. There were french doors from the room going outside to a lovely private seating area. Good windows and external doors that let air circulate. Air conditioning unit to heat and cool. Good larger size cups for our morning coffee. Very friendly staff.
shower filled with water a little quickly. TV a little small.
Clean, spacious, quiet. Well equiped. Friendly staff.
Clean, tidy and comfortable
Bathroom needed a bigger air vent for steam and air freshener for the toilet as no windows
One guest overcooked the toast in the room, fire alarms went off and we were evacuated by the staff. Fire brigade trucks came in few minutes and set the alarm. Was impressed by the staff's spontaneous and caring action and attitude. Definitely safety of their guests is the first priority for them. Highly Recommend this place for everyone.
.All was fabulous No complaints
WAS OK
smoky toaster set off fire alarm, and bill from fire brigade that had to come to turn it off, had to be paid by us.Toaster is too smokey, fire alarms are too quick to go off, considering fire brigade has to come out to turn it off.Apparantly this had happened three times in a week, and each time, the occupant had to pay for it. Change the toasters, change the setting, don't charge the client if the call out is over nothing.
Good location
Pricing was gouging as there was an event on. At least twice price of what you would normally pay for a room like this
This motel was amazing. We made a reservation at the last minute and managed to get the last two rooms, although we only wanted one room, but it worked out perfect. Unfortunately, we stayed one night (New Year's Eve), but would definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Highly recommend this motel.
Nothing negative to say.
Very clean room . Comfortable bed. Quiet at night.
Room was ok, strange stains on mattress. Bathroom very clean and functional. Room large and had new carpet. Room well presented.
Building very dated. Needs up keep around site. Large entrance are. Bar and lounge are closed since Covid. Say they are waiting for liquor license. But place is on the the southern end of town and right next door to a larger establishment. Seemed empty weekend I was there.
