Plenty of room.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Every time one person moved in the bed it woke the other.

The accomodation was clean. The bed was super comfortable. I liked that there was a microwave, toaster, a cook top, hair drier and iron. It had everything you needed. The receptionist was really friendly.

I didn't like that it was close the Garden Barn and you could here a digger or some kind of machinery going at 7:30ish in the morning on a Saturday.

The owner is lovely and went out of her way for us, this was the 2nd time we have stayed and will stay next time we are in Masterton.

Lovely staff were very helpful. We were able to charge our EV. The kitchen facilities were good, so we were able to cook our own meals. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very hot day and we enjoyed a dip in the pool.

There was no air conditioning. It was a very hot day/night and air conditioning would have made our stay much more comfortable. There was a smoker next door and the smell was awful. We were offered a change of rooms, which was nice.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Very good wifi connection. Friendly staff. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay.

Please ensure that the spa is available for use as advertised. My kids and I had just completed the 4-day Holdsworth Jumbo circuit and were very much looking forward to relaxing in the spa. That is one of the attractive features of Acorn Estate that made us choose to stay there. We were all very disappointed that it wasn’t available due to needing cleaning. I had no way of knowing beforehand that I should have asked about this when I checked in.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine and we had Netflix.

The spa was not operating which was not good and the light bulb had not been changed in the bathroom and it was dark.

The shower gel dispenser had run out of gel, and there was no milk provided for making tea/coffee

Good location, quiet, and generally very comfortable. Came with a good amount of cooking utensils and plates.

Facilities are a little dated, but adequate. The shower pressure wasn't good, but did the job. The instant coffee wasn't good, but they do provide a plunger, so make sure you take coffee grounds for a decent coffee!

Spacious two bedrooms and good size fridge. The air-conditioning was nice to have. The host was very helpful.

The second bedroom may be need to air out a bit.

Location was perfect off the main road and no traffic noise - have stayed there in the past when my son was small - the pool and play area is perfect for children

shower and power point in bathroom was very dated. could use an upgrade as nowhere to plug in the air dryer as power point was for shavers only. No ceiling fans either. There was no water pressure in the shower. The room could have benefited from some sheer curtains for privacy.

Super little motel with spacious comfortable rooms. Great value, very friendly staff and loved being able to take our dogs. This is our third visit and would definitely stay again.
