Very clean comfy beds and pillows every thing you could need as well

Beautiful clean well maintained.

Although the bathroom and kitchen were not new, they were both incredibly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

There were crazy winds overnight which when it passed our door, made a constant squealing noise... all night. I'm sure this is very unusual.

Spacious unit and bathroom, comfy beds, easy access, parking in front of the unit, friendly staff, clean.

A coffee table in the lounge area would have been useful

The confortable beds, the spa bath, the kitchen was well set up

A bit far from town but close to brewery and leisure centre. Not much in the town, was a bit disapointed.

It was in reasonable condition, the staff were excellent

Only 3 pillows was a bit odd, the bathroom window was left open, this led to a few moths in the bathroom the next morning

Bathroom in our unit is beginning to tire but the rest of the unit was fresh with plenty of space

Clean, spacious and comfortable.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located across the road from the pool, a 3 minute walk to the grocery store and a short stroll to Monteith's.

Well kept, very clean and a good location. Food and supermarket were in walking distance. Laundry is available for a fee and so is breakfast.

The sides of the bathtub were a bit high...I think that could be difficult for an elderly person to get in or out of.

Super convenient city location, close to a supermarket for easy cooking. (Just avoid cooking strong-smelling food like seafood).The 4-bedroom setup was perfect for our group - very comfortable and private.Facilities were all in great condition.

Note: We experienced a windy storm and noticed some wind noise from a window.

Very clean and comfortable, and the nicest part was the friendliness of the staff, who picked us up from the train and took us back there the next day.

Corner unit so was a bit noisy on main rd. Otherwise fantastic facility. First time staying normally Aachen. Good job

Friendly, clean and comfortable

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms (great beds) and very friendly staff and owners. We loved the freshly baked cookies and the very nice linens! We are very grateful that they drive us to the train station when we asked then you call us a cab and we appreciated the extra hour for checkout.

Nothing-I am not a motel fan but the four of us thought the 2 bedroom apartment was great. We didn’t mind the 20 min walk to town.
