Very comfortable

Great stay with our motorbike group of 12 people. Parking was excellent, staff were awesome and very helpful, and the location worked perfectly for our trip.

Nothing to fault — everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Top value for money after a rather disappointing stay near Franz Josef Glacier. Good location for a stopover night and a short drive only to the fantastic West Coast and Punakaiki Rocks. Graham was very helpful recommending the best time to check out the rocks according to the tide, and also recommended us to the best dining place in town. He also contacted us right away when his team found a forgotten jacket. Highly recommended.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy to accommodate a request to be on ground floor.Walking distance to somewhere to eat.Supplied complimentary milk for tea/coffee.

We had trouble with the Wifi on the day but as we were only there one night, it didn't bother us too much.

Location is near center of the city , staff is kindly In the room is comfortable but it’ quite to narrow for 4 people

The room was fair. The shower was brilliant. Everything was in the room that needed to be. The staff were great and very friendly

The bed was really uncomfortable and there is no soundproofing between the rooms.

From the welcome through to the great night's sleep, we really enjoyed our stay in Greymouth. Thanks for the travel tip too on visiting Punakaki. This is a must!

Staff was very helpful - had no trouble booking us in to a downstairs room due to mobility issues and was so pleasant through our stay. I went to return the keys in an after hours box and they were there early!

One of the internal doors was difficult to close properly. I mentioned it to the staff and he thanked me and said he would fix it that day.

Lovely friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The location was all good and the staff upon check in were friendly.

The building itself is all good, nothing wrong with it at all. It's clean enough and in a good location however 2 things stood out that made the overall experience pretty average. 1. There was no air conditioning, just a tiny desk fan. I know it's the West Coast and good weather is few and far between but the day we stayed it was 28 degrees and the room was an absolute sauna. We only got a couple hours sleep and even contemplating driving back to Christchurch instead of staying the night.2. When using the shower, water and foam from the shower gel in the shower came back up through a vent in the floor in the middle of the bathroom meaning heavily soaked floors when getting out of the shower.
