Location by beach. Bed quality.

Noise from adjoining units and outside. Can hear people talking next door (at normal level of speech). Fishbowl! Wide open view from the room to car park and lots of action outside.

Close to the beach

No windows,The toilet and the shared bathroom were far away.Nothing in the room but beds.

Everything else but the bed

I think that the mattress I slept on needs replacement. I slept in the single bed in unit #49 that is beside the set of bunks. the moment I climbed beneath the covers, the mattress felt saggy in the middle as though far too many people had slept on it before me.

Vast, great facilities, for a wide range of users. Clean, safe, by the sea, great sunsets

Bed Bugs in Room 44

We stayed for one night in Room 44 on Monday, 2 February. Unfortunately, during the night I was bitten multiple times while sleeping in the bed. The reaction was severe, causing significant redness, swelling, and visible skin lesions.Based on the pattern of the bites, the timing, and the fact that they occurred while sleeping in the bed, this strongly suggests the presence of bed bugs in the room. I have clear photographic evidence of the reaction, which I am able to provide if required.This experience was extremely uncomfortable and distressing, and it seriously affected our stay. The presence of bed bugs is a serious hygiene and health concern, and I believe this matter requires urgent investigation to prevent other guests from being affected.

Great modern showers and toilets

Not many fridges to store food as they were mostly full

Location fantastic, lovely open grounds, staff really helpful.I struggled with not being able to cool the room down without inviting in the biting bugs.Bug screens would have been useful.

Perhaps consider bug screens on either the door or window, I was too hot and didn't sleep that well.

Great location. Right on the beach. Had everything we needed within the apartment, plus additional kitchen/hangout space if wanted.

Friendly welcome, clean facilities, comfy beds and the wilderness trail right alongside.

Great location. Close walk to the beach. Great playground. Room was big enough for the 5 of us without being on top of each other.

Oh man it got hot! There was a portable fan in the room which moved the air around a bit but it was very loud

quiet unit with kitchenette. bathroom was large shower equipped with bath chair. great spa that you can book. right on beach to watch sunset

It was a lovely place, clean and warm, the playground was really fun and it was central to what we did in town

Great room and perfect location

We had some friends drop in to visit and parked in the visitor bay, they said they were spoken to by one of the gentleman staff members who was quite rude All other staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful especially the lady during check in

Showers and toilets were clean and close by.

Excellent location and playground for kids

Beds not very comfy, toilets/bathrooms I think need to cleaned more frequently with that many people using after morning showers it got pretty gross

Person snoring in the room next to us. Couldn't be helped tho. Just what happens

I like the fact the toilets were at the end of the row of rooms and the walk way was undercover. The location was wonderful. Nice and close to both beach and to shops. CDB wasn't that far either.

Only party I really struggled with was how wet and gross the shower toilet floors get.... I didn't read/ note that our room has no mini fridge, TV, or jug... we managed fine without.... but was a bit of a surprise to find ourselves without our own tiny set up.
