Efficiently run family business. There is even a restaurant. The room is clean and on the smaller side.
Very friendly reception, warm and welcoming, were shown to room and explained the property. Also very informative about what was available for some interesting excursions. Short walk to a beautiful beach!Restaurant available where we had a very delicious meal and excellent service.
Good place for overnight stay from Christchurch to Franz Josef. Beach is 2 minutes away.
Very friendly welcome upon arrival from Tamara, who gave us lots of tips of places to visit and even walked us to our room. Spacious 2BRM accommodation with 2-way bathroom. Very clean and well-equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals, however we chose to eat at their restaurant where the food was excellent!.

The hotel and restaurant staff were wonderfully friendly. The room was good with an outdoor deck area overlooking a garden. Only the rain stopped us from using it. We used it as a stop over and would use it again.
We used the kitchen facilities to cook our own dinner and breakfast so not sure about the restaurantIt was very cleanOn the beach

Room was great, tidy and clean. We were surprised, the place was modern and felt really cared for. Beds were comfortable. Good for a night's stay. Close to beach and a dairy next door
Beware of the mini bar. Items look complimentary at first until you realize it's not for free.
