It was convenient to the shops, clean, had everything we needed, & the beds were comfy

The grey paint made the motel look like a prison

It is right in the centre. Very accessible to everything. Location was great not a lot of traffic

Loved this room. Only had short time to experience it as on late ferry and out by 8 the next morning but would be happy to make it a base for exploring the region in future. Despite the age of the unit it was very comfortable. Shower powerful, beds super comfy and chairs with some nice padding on seats. Liked being able to park close to the unit and on ground floor.

Only slight gripe was there could have been a hairdryer in the room.

Although the motel was older, it was very clean and spacious. I liked the wee kitchenette and the shower had great water pressure. It was actually much better than I expected.

The manager gave us a key for a shared kitchen, we were expecting a hotplate, so we're able to cook a meal we had planned. He was very helpful.

We expected a hotplate as mentioned in description. Only a microwave, we had purchased food to cook.

The room was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. It was great in the morning to be able to walk just down the road to a range of cafes and be in the middle of the shopping area. The staff were wonderful too, friendly and caring.

Wonderful period building and fit out. Very clean which is really important to me. Bed was large and extra blanket handy. Too firm for my liking but I do like a soft bed.... Kitchen facilities very minimal. We usually cook evening meals when on holiday so it would have been great to know about the camp Kitchen available 20m from the unit. Thank you for offering to bring a hot plate and pots when we chatted about it. All in all, we had a fabulous holiday in very well presented accommodation. Thanks

Location was very close to town centre. Lots of parking. Large size rooms

The room was very nice and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked and the wifi was awesome. Overall the room was clean, quiet, and cozy.

The bed was as hard as a Catholic priest during Sunday school. If you hate sleep this is the place for you.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was extra comfortable and the staff were friendly. Close to all amenities, within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket across the road.

Location was good, room was ok - renovated and clean but still old. Nowhere else was available and it is better than what we expected. Bed was just ok. Stayed there many years ago and it was terrible and filthy. Was pleasantly surprised that it was better now.

Pretty much as expected.

Great place in the heart of Blenheim. This motel has a family feel about it and my chalet had everything I needed for a short stay. The laundry and washing lines were a welcome bonus and it's only 30 mins to the Picton ferry.

Clean functional apartment. Plenty of room. Looks a little dated but is more functional than many newer builds. I would stay here again. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The lounge/sofas need to be against a wall to hold the back cusions in place and were not comfortable. I found it more comfortable to sit on one of the kitchen chairs to watch tv. Power points to charge phones, etc were a bit scarce; the few available were either behind furniture or too high on the wall.

Very old facility well maintained but a museum piece.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and great location.

Very dated. very noisy from people adjacent and especially upstairs. Room wasn't service, in fact I never saw anyone!

Super happy to find a place that allowed us to have our German Shepherd inside with us. Absolutely perfect for a one night stop over.

Kitchen equipment not great but again it's fine if you're just there for one night.
