- Well appointed motel room, good location, friendly staff
Cons -
- A little dated but very clean and tidy
- Really noisy fridge, had to unplug so could sleep. Curtains at sliding door, were thin letting the VERY SUPER BRIGHT outside security lights outside each unit was really annoying, virtually like daylight in the unit.

Well appointed motel room, good location, friendly staff
Good traditional style motel. Fine for an overnight stay after arriving later in the day on the Interislander ferry at a considerably more reasonable price than what was available in Picton.
Room was clean and staff friendly
The room was very dark and dated
The room was very clean and had all the facilities we needed.
The bed was very soft.
Good location on main drag but quiet at night. Had ants but owner gave us some spray so all good. We would stay here again.
We stay in many NZ towns and cities and Blenheim is definitely over priced. The Raymar was the cheapest for our stay, so a big thank you to Raymar for the keen pricing by Blenheim standards but still high compared to Golden Bay, Christchurch and Wellington where we have also stayed this year. Cafes and coffees also cost more than our home town of Nelson, which was a surprise as Nelson isn't exactly cheap. Enjoyed 5 Tapped.
Original facilities were double booked and whist were moved across the road we would have prefeerred to have been notified of any changes.

Only stayed one night Very friendlyQuiet Nice place to stay
Close to town and eateries
There was not a kitchenette in the unit so could not do dishes other than a shared kitchen like you would if you stayed in a cabin in a camping ground. There were new units that were being completed and just needed all there fixtures and fittings
Room was clean and bed comfortable and room was warm.
Not a lot of room in bathroom/toilet area. Only one small packet soap supplied TV a bit high to watch comfortably from couch. Nowhere to hang clothes or towel in bathroom area.
The man next door slammed all the car doors and was on his phone most of nightMaking sleeping hard
The man next doorWay too noisyAs we had to get up at 5 40 pm
The cleaning team is excellent. Kitchen facilities good .
The dining table too small for meals There is no shampoo or soap holders in the showerOutside make more tidy no trolley around
Bed was comfortable
A tea towel would’ve been useful. The bedside lamp was not plugged in & I needed to find the extension cord.No outside light so difficult to find key entry in the dark. The bathroom cabinet had seen much better days..
Very tidy unit, maybe a little old but clean and comfortable
Lack of towel rails. TV reception not the best
Plenty of parking for truck an trailer
The units can do with a decent clean. Especially the bathrooms. Not very nice having a shower with walls full of soap scum.
The place was very clean. Its location was good. Staff were helpful and supportive.
The layout. We didn't like having to use the bathroom sink as the kitchen sink. We didn't consider that healthy. There was only one rubbish bin in the the bathroom which meant food remnants would sit next to the toilet.
Very clean room. The owner was very friendly and helped with a phone call with his phone. Would recommend to others.
It was well stocked with tea, coffee, soaps etc.A very comfortable bed.
comfort bed - lovely clean bed sheets
No outlook from room - dark room no sunlight reached room.
