Comfortable clean and quiet

The Carnmore has always been a great experience and I have stayed multiple times due to its value and class. Highly recommended, and with a central location makes it and ideal location to stay.

Peace & quiet

The fact that there were no net / privacy at the windows of the room so if the curtains were open anyone could see straight in (& into the bathroom)

Check in Brownie was a nice treat and gluten free for my wife.

The property was within walking distance distance to town.

The pool area was a great area for relaxing and I liked that you could order food and drink and have it at the poolside tables. I was pleased to see that there was a small fitness gym and good running and cycling routes in the vicinity.

Room was noisy as right on the Street and by the Clock Tower. However, the food in the Restaurant made up for it all - delicious.

Quieter room.

Carnmore Chateau Marlborough is a great property, great staff, good location and good restaurant on the property. Very nice ground-floor room with sliding glass doors to a small outdoor patio. Blenheim "(Blenum") is a great little town where we visited Astrolab Small Town Winery for wine tasting and some delicious bruschetta in the afternoon. The next morning, we walked/shopped in town. Really cool little city center mall with lots of shops, restaurants and local pop-ups with all sorts of arts, handmade goods and souvenirs. I had a delicious breakfast burrito at Herb & Olive Cafe, which was packed with very friendly local foodies and travelers. The owner and her staff, and the whole place was probably the happiest place I've ever eaten! Beautiful park with beautiful gardens nearby, with a central tower dedicated to their local veterans who gave their all in WW2, Korea and Vietnam.

The kitchen wasn't really equipped for preparing even a small meal

Super friendly and helpful staff, whole property is so lovely clean, close to center town.

We booked a one bedroom suite and King studio , when we arrived we were "upgraded" to two executive rooms for no extra charge only to be charged extra when billed!

Sunday night dinner is a tradition. It was excellent!

Work out room was small and one of the three cardio machines was out of service.

Room was large, very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Shops and restaurants were a short walk away.

Had booked a superior studio for my Dad and I, then got ungraded to the Penthouse for free! Awesome staff, very clean and a great place to stay if you’re coming from the ferry from Wellington.

I didn’t stay long enough to say anything bad.

Rooms nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. No microwaves but staff happy to povide upon request. Nice amenities including outdoor swimming pool.

Location, room and on-site dining were all very good.. It was raining during our stay so not much opportunity to relax outside..

Greeted at the reception by a very friendly German lady, the check in was easy and I was given an upgrade as I stayed an additional night. The location to town is great with a lot of restaurants and cafes to choose from. I will stay again on my next visit.

The property met all my requirements and there was nothing I didn't like.
