heater didn't work and the person at the desk didn't offer me a refund while i arrived very late and the office closed about 10 minutes after i arrived. at that point I didn't know the heater didn't work. also the showers and kitchen were too cold.

I am a long time over years spending at your camp.i stayed in unit Ku3 and was unimpressed heater wouldn't work problem no towel was a little disappionted

Good value, good size, kitchenette was useful. Facilities were close and clean.

provide a cloth and tea towel for cleaning the kitchen. The welcome could have been friendlier

Expensive, not many options for a family of 5. Shared ablutions were clean enough

Like that it's not far from Picton.Has a playground for kids.

The unit is in dire need of re-carpeting. Was fraying, stained & dirty looking. Playground also needs a bit of TLC.

It was okay

For a budget room could've paid an extra 60 70 $ for more comfortability for 95 dollars i atleast expected towels incase if your guests forget and more amenities I mean we are paying 95$ dollars and the fact we had smokers next door isn't nice and staff didn't really seem all that interested.

Simple basic accomodation but clean and shared bathroom and kitchen facilities clean . Was a short stay arriving late , leaving early and central Blenheim so worked well for us.

Only one electrical outlet we could find that was for tv , kettle and for us to charge phones .

Very clean, good value. Had a self contained unit, small but adequate.

After travelling from Christchurch and needing accommodation, I booked at last minute before setting off. I enjoyed being there as it was convenient and reasonably priced.Turned out to be a nice place to be. The beds were comfortable, the room and the facilities clean. And it was better than expected and I will recommend it to anyone travelling needing a place to stay.

The pool. As it was too cold to go in. Not blaming it on the place, but the weather lol

Was excellent choice for 1 night stay as we were passing though.bakery to walk to and very nice German bar and restaurant within walking distance. Our accommodation was very good for 3 adults and spotless clean.

Staff were lovely

The mattress was not comfortable and the bedding was dirty

It was value for money it was comfortable for what I wanted it for

One little downside is in the room there was no where to put bags other than on the beds no chair I needed a small chair or disc to put my breathing machine.

The reception guy really seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else. Sorry reception guy - but you didn’t engage, you did your job averagely, you didn’t tell me the wifi password - and when I came back to get it, I waited with two other people for what seemed ages for you to turn up, and then you wrote the password on a piece of paper without any chat. Maybe you were having a bad day. And we all can have them, but a bit more happiness would go a long way

Noisy last two days machinery working in camp

The beds are very average at best, unless you like sleeping on slats. Three of our five rooms the fans provided didnt work and the tv’s didnt work ether.

One room was good with comfortable double beds. Great location.

Shower still needed $2 coin to work.
